Universitat Jaume I Extract from the Resolution of May 7, 2025 of the Vice-Rector for Research of the Universitat Jaume I, which calls for an initiation scholarship for research in charge of the project "RIGHT TO HEALTH, ECONOMIC ACTIVITY AND PUBLIC SERVICE IN THE LEGAL REGIME OF MEDICINE" - Code 24I471 - Directed by: Belén Andrés Segovia, Department of Public Law) and the bases that will govern the call are approved. BDNS (830938) In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 28.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database: http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index First. Beneficiaries Students of the UJI of the degree in Law or in Management and Public Administration who have passed at least 50% of the credits of the degree. Likewise, the applicant must not have passed all the credits included in the degree or the extra credits for which they have been able to enroll and must have Spanish nationality or be a national of a member state of the European Union or of another country not belonging to the EU with a residence or study permit in Spain and with valid identification documentation, at the time of joining the scholarship. Second. Purpose Obtain training and collaborate in the research project «RIGHT TO HEALTH, ECONOMIC ACTIVITY AND PUBLIC SERVICE IN THE LEGAL REGIME OF MEDICINES». Third. Characteristics Research initiation scholarship with dedication of 20 hours per week and a gross monthly remuneration of 440 euros. The beneficiary will be included in the General Social Security Regime. The planned duration is 4 months. Room. Regulatory bases Accessible at: http://www.uji.es/seu/info-adm/tao/ Quinto. Amount The overall amount allocated to the award of this scholarship is 1,802.04 euros. In accordance with the provisions of Law 1/2015, of February 6, of the Generalitat, of Public Finance, of the Instrumental Public Sector and of Subsidies, the annuity of expenses for future years is conditional on the existence of adequate and sufficient credit in the budget of the corresponding year. Sixth. Deadline for submission of applications Ten days from the day following the publication of this extract in the Official Gazette of the Generalitat Valenciana.
