Extract from the Decree of May 7, 2025 of the President Councilor of the Latina District, by which the bases that must govern the call for the eighth edition of the Juan Carlos Arguello “Muelle” Urban Art Contest of Latina are approved. The President Councilor of the Latina District, by virtue of the powers delegated by Agreement of June 29, 2023 of the Government Board of the City of Madrid on the organization and powers of the Districts, has adopted the following resolution by Decree of May 7, 2025: “First.- Approve the Bases that must govern the call for the eighth edition of the Juan Carlos Argüello “Muelle” Latina Urban Art Contest. whose objective is to encourage the participation of citizens with concerns in the field of artistic creation in the urban environment and in tribute to the artist Juan Carlos Argüello “Muelle”. Segundo.- Call for the eighth edition of the Latina Juan Carlos Argüello “Muelle” Urban Art Contest.- Authorize an expense in the amount of €1,500, to finance the prizes of this call that will be attributed to the budget application. 001/210/33401/48203 “Cultural Activities. Awards”, from the 2025 municipal expenditure budget.”
