Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries. The beneficiaries of this aid will be natural or legal persons or their groups without personality, owners of sheep farms located in the provinces of Ciudad Real and Toledo, affected by the specific protection measures against serotype 3 of the bluetongue virus during the year 2024, and meet the requirements established in article 3. Second. Object. Establish the regulatory bases and make the call for the granting in 2025 of an exceptional flat-rate subsidy, intended to alleviate the loss of productive potential of livestock farms in the provinces of Ciudad Real and Toledo affected by the specific restriction measures resulting from serotype 3 of bluetongue applied in said provinces. Third. Regulatory bases. Regulation (EU) 2024/3242 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 19 December 2024, amending Regulation (EU) 2020/2220, as regards specific measures taken under the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development to provide additional support to Member States affected by natural disasters. Room. Amount. The aid will consist of a flat-rate sum per beneficiary, owner of a sheep farm located in the provinces of Toledo and Ciudad Real, set in accordance with the provisions of article 67.5.b) of Regulation (EU) 1303/2013, of the European Parliament and of the Council, of December 17, 2013, in the form of application of corresponding flat-rate amounts applicable in other Union policies to a similar category of operation and beneficiary. The maximum aid corresponding to each type of exploitation is: a) Exploitation in which a focus of bluetongue serotype 3 has been declared located in the provinces of Toledo or Ciudad Real, by virtue of Royal Decree 779/2016. They are further subdivided into: 1st. Census of between 140 – 250 animals: 2,000.00 euros 2nd. Census between 251 and 400 animals: 3,400.00 euros 3rd. Census between 401 and 600 animals: 5,000.00 euros 4th - Census between 601 and 1,000 animals: 8,000 euros 5th. Census of more than 1,000 animals: 10,000 euros b) Farms located in the provinces of Toledo or Ciudad Real that, without having declared any focus of bluetongue serotype 3, have been affected by the restrictions applied in said provinces, depending on the census, an aid of: 1º will be awarded. Census of between 140 – 250 animals: 1,000 euros 2nd. Census between 251 and 400 animals: 1,700 euros 3rd. Census between 401 and 600 animals 2,500 euros 4th. Census between 601 and 1,000 animals 4,000 euros 5th. Census of more than 1,000 animals: 5,000 euros In case of insufficient credit to meet all the applications, the amount of the call will be prorated among the beneficiaries, for which the reducing coefficient established in article 4 will be applied. The aid of this order is co-financed by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD) under Regulation (EU) No. 1305/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 December 2013 on support for rural development through the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD). The budgetary credit for this aid amounts to 4,583,000.00 euros Fifth. Application submission deadline. Applications submitted for this help line within the deadline established in article 5.2 of Order 7/2025, of January 30, will not be subject to the reductions indicated in the aforementioned article. Sixth. Other data. The purpose of this aid is to guarantee the continuity and viability of the livestock farms indicated in article 1.
