Official description of the call
FIRST.- PURPOSE The purpose of these bases is to establish the rules that must govern aid for minimum vital supplies for the year 2025 and the obligations derived from it, which will be managed by the Basic Social Care Social Service of the Coria City Council. SECOND.- BENEFICIARIES People who are registered and legally and effectively reside in Coria and who meet the requirements established in point five of the Agreement of March 4, 2025, of the Governing Council of the Government of Extremadura, which approves the Municipal Economic Collaboration Program for Minimum Vital Supplies for 2025, may be beneficiaries of this aid, specifically: Being older than age or who, even if they are minors of said age, are absolute orphans or are emancipated, by judicial concession or by those who exercise parental authority. Residing in Coria for at least six months immediately prior to the date of submission of the application. The seniority requirement will not be applicable to returned Extremaduran emigrants, transients, foreign refugees or those with an asylum application in process, as well as those whose stay is authorized for humanitarian reasons, people who have been granted temporary protection in accordance with the procedure established in Order PCM 169/2022, of March 9 or, exceptionally, when the emergency situation seriously jeopardizes the subsistence of the person or their cohabitation unit, and so on. has been accredited in the reasoned report issued by the Basic Social Care Social Service. Lacking sufficient income or income. The sum of all the computable net income of the cohabitation unit obtained in the three months prior to the date of submission of the application will be made and it will be divided by three, considering that there is sufficient income or income when the net income of the cohabitation unit is greater than 120% of the monthly amount set in the General Budget Law of the State of the corresponding year for the Public Indicator of Multiple Effects Income (IPREM), referring to fourteen pay, increasing by 8% for each member of the cohabitation unit. In those cohabitation units in which there is a member with a disability equal to or greater than 65% or who have a recognized Dependency situation, regardless of the Degree, there will be an increase of 10% for each member of the cohabitation unit. Likewise, if the applicant, a member of the cohabitation unit or, where applicable, another member of the family unit, were paying a mortgage loan or rent on the habitual residence, in order to determine the amount to be attributed as available resources in the home, the monthly amount will be deducted from the total income of the family unit, up to a maximum of 50% of the monthly IPREM, referring to 14 payments. To the members of the coexistence units, applicants for aid for minimum vital supplies who are beneficiaries of the social electricity bonus for severely vulnerable consumers according to Royal Decree 897/2017, of October 6, the income limits will be applied and their calculation will be carried out in accordance with the regulations governing the social bonus to be considered a consumer at risk of social exclusion, for the sole purposes of paying electricity supply bills. For the rest of the expenses or for the electricity supply expense in the case of applicants who are not beneficiaries of the social bonus for severely vulnerable consumers, when the invoice has been previously paid in the case of severely vulnerable consumers or when the period established for the payment of the bills of these consumers has elapsed, the income limit and the calculation established in the previous paragraphs will apply.
