Official description of the call
“START WITH ART: FALLEROS ARTISTS 2025” In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database ( https://www.infosubvenciones.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/convocatoria/836544): First. Beneficiary Persons: Natural or legal persons, as well as communities of property, civil societies or other economic entities without legal personality, legally constituted and meeting, among others, the following requirements: 1) Be registered with the Economic Activities Tax in any of the activities of the sectors identified below with a date prior to its publication on the Electronic Notice Board of the Valencia City Council. - IAE Group 465. Manufacture of various wooden objects. - Heading IAE 495.9. Manufacture of other articles not classified elsewhere. - IAE Group 861. Painters, sculptors, ceramists, craftsmen. 2) That your tax domicile or the location where the subsidized activity is carried out is located in the municipality of Valencia. 3) That they have signed a contract for the realization of a Falla for the Fallas festivities of 2024 and/or 2025 with a Fallera Commission and that, where appropriate, the conditions established therein have been met. Second. Purpose: Promote and preserve the economic activity of Fallas artists who carry out their activity in the municipality of Valencia, contributing to the reactivation and consolidation of this economic sector. Third. Regulatory Bases: Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies (hereinafter LGS) and its development Regulation, approved by Royal Decree 887/2006, of July 21 (hereinafter RLGS) and in the Bases of execution of the Municipal Budget for the year 2025. Fourth. Amount: The maximum amount intended to cover this subsidy amounts to €300,000 charged to budget application 2025/RC1K00000/49500/47000. An amount of up to €5,000 will be granted to applications that justify eligible current expenses and that meet the requirements of this call, in order of submission of the applications and until the credit allocated to this call is exhausted. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications: The deadline for submitting applications will be 20 calendar days from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province. (BOP).
