Official description of the call
Extract from the Mayor's Resolution dated May 28, 2025, which calls for municipal aid to obtain the Check-Book, year 2025, through a competitive bidding procedure. First. Beneficiaries. All students who are enrolled in an Educational Center of the Municipality of Alcaudete at the Infant levels, during the 2025/2026 school year, and are also registered in the municipality together with their family unit, may apply for this subsidy, with a maximum of one application per student. Persons who meet any of the circumstances established in sections 2 and 3 of article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, may not be beneficiaries. Second. Object. The purpose of the subsidy is to regulate the granting of Municipal Aid with the purpose of paying for it through aid to families, allocating a fixed amount for the acquisition of textbooks and school materials for Early Childhood Education, for students enrolled in Municipal Educational Centers of Alcaudete during the 2025/2026 academic year. The following activities may be subject to subsidy: - Applications subject to the regulations specified in articles 4 and 5 of the regulatory bases of the call. The following will not be subject to subsidy: - Those applications that do not comply with the regulations of article 4 and 5 of the regulatory bases of the call. Third. Regulatory Bases. Law 38/2023, of November 17, General Subsidies, in Royal Decree 997/2006, of July 21, which approves the Regulations of the General Subsidies Law, in TITLE II, CHAPTER III. SPECIAL RULES, Bases 36 to 42, of the subsidies, of the Execution Bases of the General Budget for the year 2025, approved by the Plenary Session of the Corporation in a session held on 12/26/2024, final approval of the Municipal Budget for the year 2025, published in the Official Gazette of the Province on 01/31/2025, and other legislation that is applicable with basic or supplementary character. Room. Amount of aid. The budget appropriations to which the subsidies are allocated are as follows: 2025-326-48001. SCHOOL MATERIAL SUBSIDY FOR CHILDREN'S EDUCATION, and the maximum total amount is €20,000 for this Call. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The requests will be addressed to the Mayor-President of the City Council and will be presented at the Electronic Headquarters (alcaudete.sedelectronica.es) or the General Registry of documents of the City Council or by any of the means indicated in article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, with the deadline for submission starting from the day following the publication of the extract of the Call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Jaén and will end on July 18, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. if it is done through the General Document Registry and at 11:59 p.m. if it is done through the Electronic Office. Only those applications that use the procedure enabled for this purpose at the Electronic Headquarters and Registration Assistance Office of the Hon. will be admitted. The following documents must be attached to the application: - Application for municipal aid to obtain the Check-book, which will be carried out electronically at the Electronic Headquarters of the Alcaudete City Council (www.alcaudete.es) or at the Registration Assistance Office, through the application and justification procedures enabled for this purpose. Those applications that do not follow the established procedures will be rejected. - Photocopy of the Income Tax Return for the previous year, for the family unit (if done individually, the returns of both spouses must be submitted or, if not required to submit income, the negative income certificate). In case of separation or divorce, the court ruling proving it must be presented. In case of gender violence, prove the situation by any of the means established by law. - N.I.F. of the applicant.
