Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database. First. Beneficiaries: The owners of residential buildings or single-family homes, the communities of owners of residential buildings under a condominium regime, the cooperative societies, the tenant or concessionaire companies of the building, and the natural or legal persons who have a real right over the property that allows them to undertake the actions, or the tenants authorized by the owner. Second. Purpose: To call the second call for the Aid Program for rehabilitation actions at the neighborhood level of the ERRP declared in Poio, provided for in Royal Decree 853/2021, of October 5, which regulates the aid programs for residential rehabilitation and social housing of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan (Official State Gazette No. 239, of October 6, 2021) with the purpose to finance works or actions in which an accredited improvement in energy efficiency is obtained, with special attention to the building envelope in collective residential buildings, including their homes, and in single-family homes, from the agreement signed on 05/11/2023 between the Ministry of Transport, Mobility and Urban Agenda, the Xunta de Galicia and the City Council of Poio. Third. Regulatory bases: The regulatory bases are published in the Pontevedra BOP No. 219, dated November 14, 2023 and on the website and transparency portal of the Poio City Council (https://concellopoio.sedelectronica.gal/transparency). Amount: The maximum amount of aid will be determined based on the eligible cost and the percentage of savings in non-renewable primary energy consumption achieved through the action, which must always be at least 30%. The base amount may reach up to 80% of the eligible cost, with a maximum amount of 21,400 euros per home if the savings achieved are greater than or equal to 60%.
