Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries: The beneficiaries will be the legal representatives (parent, guardian or foster child) of the minors enrolled in school during the 2025/2026 academic year at the educational levels indicated in the call, provided that the requirements set out in the third article of the call are met. Second. Object. The purpose of this call is to regulate public aid for the acquisition of school supplies for the 2025/2026 academic year, intended for families registered in Torredonjimeno who have minors in their care enrolled in the 1st and 2nd cycle of Early Childhood Education, Primary Education or Compulsory Secondary Education, with the aim of guaranteeing equality in access and exercise of the right to education. Third. Regulatory bases. The public aid granted will be governed by Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, by Royal Decree 887/2006, of July 21, which approves the Regulation of said Law, by the General Ordinance Regulating Subsidies of the Torredonjimeno City Council, the bases for the execution of the municipal budget and by the Regulatory Bases that govern the call. Room. Amount. The amount of aid will be 60.00 euros per student. If the amount of the expense finally incurred is less than said amount, the corresponding file of loss of right to collection by the non-employed part will be processed. The subsidies will be granted from the budgetary application of Budget 2025 2025.326.48100, with an amount of 8,000.00 euros. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The maximum period for submitting applications will be 15 calendar days from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Jaén, without prejudice to its insertion in the electronic headquarters of the Torredonjimeno City Council and on the notice board. The presentation of aid applications will be carried out, either in person at the General Registry of the Torredonjimeno City Council, or in any of the places provided for by article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. Sixth.- Period for execution and justification of the subsidized activity The period for execution of the expenditure, that is, the period in which the school material must be removed from the assigned establishment, is established from the day following the date of delivery of the aid “check” until 10/31/2025. The justification of compliance with the imposed conditions and the achievement of the objectives set out in the act of granting the subsidy will be carried out by the collaborating entity and will be documented by the presentation of the invoice issued by the bookstore/stationery store in the name of the beneficiary accrediting the expenses on school supplies incurred for the 2025/2026 academic year, with a detailed indication of the material purchased. In the case of several children, you must specify what material is intended for each of them. The current account credited to the establishment must be indicated on it. The deadline for the presentation of said supporting invoice is established until 12/31/2026.
