Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries Natural or legal persons who are in the situation that grounds the granting of the subsidy or in which the circumstances provided for in these regulatory bases and in the call occur and who meet the requirements established in Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies and in the call, will be considered beneficiaries. Those entities and/or persons who, on the date of application, meet, in addition to the conditions provided for in articles 11 and 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of Subsidies and article 5 of the Foral Standard 3/1997, of Subsidies and Transfers, the following requirements may apply for a subsidy: - In the case of legal entities, they must be legally constituted - Be up to date with their tax obligations and with Social Security. The following will not be considered beneficiaries: - Those entities or people who have not fulfilled all the obligations derived from the subsidies granted in previous calls for that same line of aid. - Those entities or persons that have been sanctioned for the infractions referred to in title IV of Law 38/2003 General of Subsidies, of November 17, as well as those that incur the cases contemplated in Law 4/2005, of February 18, of the Basque Parliament, for the Equality of Women and Men and in the Organic Law 3/2007, of March 22, for Equality Effectiveness of Women and Men. Second. Purpose The subsidies regulated in these bases are intended to finance the following projects and activities, as well as to establish objectives and criteria aimed at guaranteeing citizens and entities the principles of equality, transparency, competition, objectivity, equality of women and men and non-discrimination, in order to complement municipal intervention: In matters of culture: 1) For the elderly: artistic and permanent training, leisure and free time activities, trips and excursions, etc. 2) Educational, leisure and free time aimed at children and/or youth groups. 3) Subsidies for initiatives, activities and cultural programs and artistic training. 4) Aid for the acquisition of material for amateur artistic groups: instrumental material, scores, theatrical/costume material, etc.... 5) Subsidies for the organization and development of shows. 6) Aid for carrying out cultural visits. 7) Aid for the promotion and development of written or digital editions of news. 8) Scholarships or aid to participate in training programs for tutors and facilitators: children, youth, seniors, etc.... Regarding Basque: 1. Scholarships for the study of Basque. 2. Financing of supralocal projects. In terms of sports: 1. Aid to sports activity programs. 2. Aid for the organization and development of sporting events. 3. Aid for the promotion of Grassroots Sports. 4. Aid for high-level athletes. Aid to co-finance the activities will be granted in the form of subsidies and will be subject to the General Subsidy Law 38/2003, of November 17, Royal Decree 887/2006, of July 21, and the strategic subsidy plan of the Campezo City Council. Third. Regulatory bases Approved by Plenary Agreement of September 22, 2010, the regulatory bases for subsidies in the field of culture, Basque and sport, published in BOTHA number 142 of December 17, 2010. Fourth. Amount In terms of culture: The amount of 6,400 euros from the current budget will be allocated to the granting of these subsidies. In matters of Basque: * Scholarships and supralocal projects (subsidies in favor of Basque): 2,000 euros In matters of sport: The amount of 6,400 euros from the current budget will be allocated to the granting of these subsidies. The maximum amount of 600 euros will be allocated to aid high-level athletes. The expenditure items that are not exhausted after resolving the requests submitted for the current year may be allocated to other subjects whose items have been exhausted. All subsidies will be voluntary and will not be invoked as precedents. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications A period of thirty days from the day following the publication of the call announcement.
