Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database First. Beneficiaries: 1. For the electrification of taxis 1.1. The natural or legal persons who own an urban taxi license from the Vitoria-Gasteiz City Council who acquire a new electric vehicle to replace the one previously assigned to that license. 1.2. The TAXI associations of Vitoria-Gasteiz that acquire a new 100% electric vehicle or a new 100% electric or ECO vehicle adapted for people with reduced mobility, to use it as a replacement vehicle or to complement services. 2. For the electrification of cargo bikes: natural or legal persons who acquire a new cargo bike to carry out merchandise delivery tasks. They must carry out their activity in Vitoria-Gasteiz, which will be accredited by means of an activity license or economic activities tax (hereinafter IAE). 3. For the electrification of vans or vans: natural or legal persons who carry out their activity in Vitoria-Gasteiz, which will be accredited by means of an activity license or IAE and acquire a 100% new electric van or hire a 100% new electric van on a renting or leasing basis to carry out delivery tasks in Vitoria-Gasteiz, preferably last mile, proving regular access to the Low Area. Emissions (hereinafter, ZBE), in the manner indicated in this call. Second. Purpose: Acquisition of taxis (not adapted to 100% electric or adapted to 100% electric or with ECO label), 100% electric cargo bicycles and new, 100% electric van or vans. Third. Regulatory Bases: Approved by Agreement of the Local Government Board of the Vitoria-Gasteiz City Council dated May 23, 2025. Fourth. Amount: The endowment for this call is 150,000.00 euros. Fifth. Application submission deadline: Exhaustion of the available budget or until October 15, 2025 is reached.
