Announcement from the Most Excellent Valencia City Council on the extract of the Agreement of June 13, 2025 of the Local Government Board of the Valencia City Council, which approves the call for subsidies for the CALL EDUCATION FOR DEVELOPMENT AND GLOBAL CITIZENSHIP 2025 In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (https://www.infosubvenciones.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/convocatoria/840115): First. Beneficiary Persons: NGDOs that develop activities in one or more of the thematic axes of the call, and prove that they meet the requirements demanded in Article 10 of the OGSAV, in addition to the specific ones indicated in the Call, especially in article 8, may be applicants and beneficiaries of the subsidy. Purpose: Provide support to projects developed in Valencia in the two thematic areas: Education for development and global citizenship and Awareness that are presented by non-profit entities with headquarters or permanent delegation in the municipal area. Third. Regulatory Bases: General Subsidies Ordinance of the Valencia City Council and its Public Bodies, initially approved by plenary agreement of July 28, 2016 (BOP 1-09-16), made final by Mayor's Resolution No. Z-903, dated October 19, 2016 (BOP 2-11-16). Room. Amount: The total amount of the call will be €330,000.00 (75% charged to the 2025 budget, €247,500.00, and 25% charged to the 2027 budget, €82,500.00), distributed by modalities as follows: Modality 1: €285,000; Maximum grant per project €25,000. Modality 2: €45,000; Maximum grant per project €9,000. The maximum amount to be financed per entity will be €25,000. Fifth. Application submission period: Submission period subject to publication in the Official Gazette. FOLLOWING DAY OF PUBLICATION IN BOP. 20 BUSINESS DAYS FROM PUBLICATION IN BOP. Others: Article 13 of the call establishes that projects that do not reach the minimum score of 60 points for Modality 1 and 30 points for Modality 2 will not be eligible for financing. Interested entities may only present one project per modality, with a maximum execution period of 12 months.
