ANNOUNCEMENT In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, as well as article 38.38 second paragraph of the Budget Execution Bases of the Provincial Council of Jaén for 2025, the extract of the approval of the rules of the XIII Short Film Award is published in the BDNS Provincial Council of Jaén Against Gender Violence, the full text of which can be consulted on the website of the Provincial Council of Jaén and Official Gazette of the Province of Jaén.: First.-Beneficiaries The producers and directors, as well as groups of people from 11.3 L.G.S.¿. Second.-Object. The theme of the works will be gender violence, in any of its manifestations, its prevention and awareness, and documentaries and short narrative fiction films of Spanish nationality may be presented. Third.-Regulatory bases. The resolution approving the award and Bases for Execution of the budget of the Provincial Council of Jaén for 2025 (art. 38.38) Fourth.-Amount. Sixth.-Other information of interest. - Eligible activities - Documentaries and short narrative fiction films of Spanish nationality. - Eligible expenses: Given the nature of the prize, a simplified supporting account is not required. - Compatibility with other subsidies: Yes. The amount of the subsidies may under no circumstances be of such an amount that, alone or in conjunction with other subsidies, aid, resources or income, it exceeds the cost of the subsidized activity. - Method of payment: Prior resolution of concession by the Deputy delegate of the area of equality, social policies and youth in view of the jury's ruling. -Form of justification: There is no simplified supporting account that includes all subsidized expenses, given the nature of the prize. -Maximum justification period. It does not exist as such given the nature of the award, so the supporting documentation for carrying out the activity is that which accompanies the application for participation in the award.
