Official description of the call
FIRST.- Purpose of this Call is the granting of subsidies under a competitive competition regime to associations and non-profit entities of the Campo de Belchite Region for the implementation in 2025 of: cultural activities and cultural heritage projects that contribute to the personal, cultural, educational and social development of people, activities that promote coexistence and improve the social well-being and quality of life of citizens, sports promotion activities and sporting events organized in the municipalities of the Region that encourage the practice of sports by citizens and the carrying out of sports promotion activities within any municipality belonging to the Region SECOND.- Beneficiaries The subsidies regulated in this call may be beneficiaries of associations and non-profit entities with their own legal personality whose registered office or branch is located in one of the municipalities of the Campo de Belchite Region, they are duly registered in the General Registry of Associations of the Autonomous Community of Aragón, or have requested their registration, and in the case of subsidies for sports activities, are registered as associations or sports clubs, and in all cases, are not subject to any of the prohibitions established in article 13.2 of the General Law of Subsidies and are up to date with tax and Social Security obligations. Only those entities that have not obtained or are going to obtain another subsidy charged to the 2025 Regional Budget may obtain a subsidy in accordance with these regulatory bases, even if it is for different projects. THIRD.- Eligible expenses Eligible expenses are considered to be production, programming, dissemination and development of the subsidized activity and, only in the case of social action subsidies and for entities that maintain social centers, maintenance expenses up to a maximum of 60% of the amount of the subsidy granted. The expenses must be incurred within the period established in these Bases. The activities or projects subject to subsidy may be, as a guideline: In terms of culture: Cultural dissemination and communication projects, promoting the extension and dissemination of regional culture, popular traditions and material and intangible cultural heritage. Projects linked to the plastic arts that promote creativity and cultural initiative; and activities that contribute to the promotion of performing arts such as theater, dance or music in the region. Theoretical and or practical training activities, promoting the educational, cultural and professional promotion of the people who make up the region; as well as its material and intangible cultural heritage. Research projects, recovery, conservation, enhancement and dissemination of the cultural heritage of the region. In terms of social action: Actions of social cooperation, promotion of coexistence, equality, associative fabric, social solidarity or volunteering. Complementary actions for the development and integration of disadvantaged sectors. Prevention and social inclusion programs. Interventions with people, coexistence units and groups at risk of exclusion or social vulnerability, through activities and/or services that favor their social and/or labor inclusion: for the equality of women, for the inclusion of minorities and/or the elderly In matters of sport: Activities aimed at Grassroots Sports (sports schools). Activities that promote and consolidate the Regional Sports Association fabric. Sports promotion days, competitions, events or sports exhibitions. THEY WILL NOT BE THE SUBJECT OF A SUBSIDY: Any expense that is not directly related to the subsidized project. Investment expenses such as acquisition of inventories and real estate materials, construction, rehabilitation, renovation or improvement of facilities and personnel expenses that are part of the association's own stable structure. Materials necessary for the production of activities and projects linked to cultural heritage are excluded, such as: supports, interpretive panels, museographic resources, photographic archives, digitizations, etc., which will be eligible for subsidies.
