Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries: Individuals, in order to restore universal accessibility. of people with disabilities who have suffered irreparable loss or damage to the material or products that they had access to for their personal autonomy before the DANA, who meet the following requirements: - That prior to the Isolated Depression at High Levels (DANA) that occurred between October 28 and November 4, 2024, they had material or products for their personal autonomy. - That as a result of the aforementioned DANA they had suffered irreparable loss or damage to that material or products. - Who are registered in Picanya on October 29, 2024. - Have recognition of a disability equal to or greater than 33% Second. Object. The eligible actions will be: • Orthotic and orthoprosthetic material • Means to support oral communication. • Support products for personal autonomy. • Individual accessible transportation elements. Expenses allocated to the acquisition of inventoryable goods are eligible for subsidies. In no case may the cost of these expenses be higher than the market value. Third. Regulatory bases. General Subsidy Ordinance (can be consulted on the city council's electronic headquarters) and what is provided for in the call itself. Room. Amount. The maximum amount to be distributed among all applications will be 57,012 euros. The amount of the subsidies will be decided based on the number of applications submitted and the characteristics of the eligible elements. In no case may the aid exceed the amount of the cost of the items purchased. Fifth. Application submission deadline. Applications will be addressed to the Picanya City Council, using a form enabled for this purpose, within the period of 30 calendar days following the publication of these regulatory bases in the Official Gazette of the Province of Valencia. Sixth. Other data. The application, in a standardized form, must be accompanied by the following documentation: ▪ Recognition of disability. ▪ Budget or invoice in case of acquisition of the good that was acquired after October 29, 2024 ▪ Data of the account in which you wish to receive the aid, in accordance with the standardized model provided by the City Council.
