Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of the Ordinance that establishes the specific regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies for Associations of Mothers and Fathers of Students (AMPAS) of the municipality of Pájara, and, in the regulations regulating subsidies, the competitive competition procedure for the granting of subsidies is initiated by means of this: CALL a) Implementing provision: Ordinance by which the specific regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies for Associations of Mothers and Fathers of Students (AMPAS), published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Las Palmas number 121 dated October 7, 2022. b) Budget credit: The maximum credit attributable to this call is SIXTY THOUSAND EUROS (€60,000.00), charged to budget application 326 48002 for the year 2025, retention of credit with file number 2/2025000001216, dated 06/02/2025, which appears in file SUBV/2025/17 c) Object, conditions and purpose: The object of this call is to promote the participation of the Associations of Mothers and Fathers of Students (AMPAS) in the socio-educational process and to collaborate in the expenses derived from it whenever results in increasing the educational level of the population. Eligible activities will comply with the provisions of the "Ordinance Regulating Subsidies for Sports, Teaching, Youth, Health, Leisure and Social Services Purposes", of October 18, 2002 (BOP. No. 124 16.10.2002), being expressly denied in it those activities to be subsidized that include concepts such as acquisition of movable or immovable property, expenses derived from the operation of the association, adaptation of premises or interventions in buildings, activities outside the territorial scope of Pájara, etc. The aid will be granted for expenses of complementary teaching activities aimed at students and extracurricular activities aimed at both students and mothers and fathers of educational centers, as long as they result in increasing the educational level of the population. The activities must be carried out, inexcusably, within the territorial scope of the municipality (article 7.a of the Regulatory Ordinance) between September 1, 2024 and August 31, 2025. In order to maximize the impact of these subsidies, only those activities that have a minimum of 15 participating people may be subject to this aid, except those specifically intended for people with disabilities, which will not have an established minimum. The proposed activities must have the approval of the representative body of the educational center and will be part of the activities of the school year. The payment of the subsidy will be made once the granting resolution has been issued, after communication of its acceptance using the standardized model (ANNEX VI). The deadline for submitting the justification of expenses will end on August 31, 2025, coinciding with the end of the eligible period. The beneficiary associations must justify the amount granted by presenting the documentation and in the terms indicated by article 11.2 of the Regulatory Bases. However, as provided in Base 30.5) of the Execution Bases of the General Budget of the Pájara City Council 2025, cash payments that exceed the amount of 1,000.00 euros will not be justified individually or in installments, declaring the entire amount not justified. To calculate this amount, all cash payments made to the same person (natural or legal) will be added. Likewise, and given that the limitation of cash payments is a crucial measure to combat tax fraud and guarantee effective financial control of the funds issued from subsidies granted by this corporation, justifications with cash payments whose total amount exceeds 2,500.00 euros will not be accepted. d) Concession procedure: The concession procedure will be carried out through competitive competition. e) Requirements and form of accreditation: The requirements to be a beneficiary of these subsidies and their form of accreditation are regulated in article 2 of the Regulatory Bases of this call. f) Competent bodies: The instruction of the procedure for granting
