Non-profit Associations, registered in the Municipal Registry of Associations of the Villacarrillo City Council, that do not fall into the assumptions established in article 13.2 of Law 38/2003, General of Subsidies, may benefit from the subsidies of this call. Purpose The purpose of the subsidy is to regulate the aid procedure for associations in the municipality of Villacarrillo for the year 2025 and to promote associations aimed at the development of activities. Regulatory bases The regulatory bases for the granting of these subsidies are dictated within the framework of the provisions of the Ordinance for the granting of subsidies of the Villacarrillo City Council, approved by the Municipal Plenary on October 30, 2024, and published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Jaén No. 7 dated January 13, 2025, as well as in the Strategic Subsidies Plan of the Villacarrillo City Council, approved by the Board of Local Government dated March 20, 2025 and published on April 7, 2025. Fourth. Amount of aid. The budget appropriations to which the subsidy is allocated are the following: BUDGET APPLICATION: 334 48 NAME: Municipal Budget of 2025.
