BUDGET CREDITS: BUDGET ITEM. DENOMINATION 770-23124-48000 “AID FOR THE TRAINING OF WOMEN VICTIMS OF GENDER VIOLENCE” TOTAL ESTIMATED AMOUNT: 3,000 Euros INDIVIDUAL AMOUNT: The calculation of the subsidy is made based on the following scale, per subsidy applicant: a) Access to training. - Tuition expenses for formal education. It will include the official public price of the academic services corresponding to the credits for which you have enrolled, excluding those formalized in second and subsequent enrollment. - Training courses given by approved centers. 100% of the total price to access the training. In both cases, the public prices established in the academic year to which the applicant accesses will be taken into account, within the academic year in force in the call for these ongoing grants. Therefore, the amount will be the official public price set for academic services. In turn, they may benefit from the current call, when the training aid has not been requested in the immediately previous call, since access to the training is carried out once the deadline for submitting applications for the previous call has ended and the training has continued or is in force during the year of the present call. b) Supplementary expenses. The corresponding amount will result from assessing the cost of the following items, based on the needs justified by the beneficiary in relation to them. - Transport. In this case, the beneficiary must be registered in a different place where the training is given, and it must be in-person. - Reconciliation of family and work life. For those cases in which the beneficiary is responsible for minors or dependent people, and whose care schedules are incompatible with attendance at in-person training. - Training material. - Accreditation of the beneficiary's situation of special vulnerability. In this case, the family needs that could be affected by the beneficiary's access to training will be assessed. Once the application submission period has ended, if there is not enough credit, the requested amounts may be reduced, with each beneficiary paying in any case between 70-80% of the total amount requested. However, upon accreditation of the situation of special vulnerability, 90% of the eligible expenses will be covered, in any case. REGIME: DIRECT GRANT OBJECT AND PURPOSE The purpose of the scholarships regulated in this Agreement is to facilitate access to training for women victims of gender violence, and thereby contribute to improving labor insertion. DEADLINE AND PLACE FOR SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS 1. The deadline for submission of applications will begin on the day of publication of the call in the B.O.P. and will conclude on October 15 of each year. 2. Applications submitted outside the deadline established in the previous section will not be admitted, and their inadmissibility will be resolved, which will be notified to the interested parties in the terms provided in article 42 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the common administrative procedure of public administrations. The annual call for subsidies will be made by Mayor's Resolution. 1. Applications will be completed in the “Request for subsidies for training for the employment of women victims of gender violence” model, and will be accompanied by the documentation specified in article 10 of these Bases. 2. Applications may be submitted to the General Registry of the Hon. Andújar City Council or by any other means permitted by law. BENEFICIARIES Women who are victims of gender violence and residing in Andújar may benefit from this aid. For the purposes of these scholarships, women who are victims of gender violence will be considered those who have suffered an act of violence, as defined in article 1.3 of Organic Law 1/2004, of December 28, on Comprehensive Protection Measures against Gender Violence, by those who are or have been their spouses or by those who are or have been linked to them by similar emotional relationships, even without cohabitation.
