If you choose teams, a single application will be submitted designating a representative of said team. All participants must comply with the requirements established in these rules. The concession procedure will be carried out on a competitive basis and applying the principles of publicity, transparency, objectivity, equality and non-discrimination. Third.- Regulatory Bases Bases for Execution of the Budget of the Provincial Council of Jaén and its Autonomous Bodies for the year 2026 (BOP number 248 of 12/30/2025). Fourth.- Works The work must be original, unpublished, written in Spanish and must represent an important contribution to research on history in the province of Jaén. Scientific works may be submitted as long as they have not been published in the broadest sense of the word. This requirement will be deemed to have been breached when the work has been reproduced in any print format or audiovisual or digital medium.
