Official description of the call
In accordance with article 45.1 b) of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations and in article 18 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database. http://www.pap.minhafp.gob.es/bdnstrans/index First. Awardees. Art galleries that carry out their activities within the jurisdiction of the Valencian Community may be awarded. For the purposes of these subsidies, art galleries are understood to be natural or legal persons whose main activity is the open exhibition of works of art to the public for commercial purposes. Second. Object. Collaborate with the operation and promotion of the activities of the art galleries of the Valencian Community and their participation in national and international art fairs. The activities will have been or will be developed between November 1, 2024 and October 31, 2025, both inclusive. Third. Regulatory bases. Order 54/2016, of September 19, of the Department of Education, Research, Culture and Sports, which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies for the internationalization of companies and cultural entities (DOCV 7878, of 09/21/16). Room. Amount. The maximum overall amount of subsidies to be awarded in this call will be €285,000.00. The maximum amount per successful bidder will be €50,000.00. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The submission period will be one month, counting from the day following the publication of the resolution in the Official Gazette of the Generalitat Valenciana. Sixth. Other data. The subsidies are subject to the de minimis regime. The presentation of applications will be electronic. In order to make the payment, the successful bidders must present, up to and including November 17, 2025, a supporting account of the expenses incurred by the activity or activities for which the subsidy is requested.
