Call for and authorization of the expenditure of subsidies under a competitive competition regime, to consumer organizations in the region of Murcia, for the promotion of consumer defense policies, for the year 2025

Official description of the call

First.- Beneficiaries The consumer and user organizations of the Region of Murcia, which are registered in the Registry of Consumer and User Organizations of the Region of Murcia, who meet the requirements established in the current subsidy legislation (articles 13, 14 and 23.2 of the General Law of Subsidies and articles 11 and 23.2 of the Law of Subsidies of the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia), and have justified all the subsidies granted in the four years prior to the granting. Second.- Object of the Order To approve the call for the year 2025, for the granting, under a competitive competition regime, of aid to Consumer and User Organizations of the Region of Murcia, for the promotion of consumer defense policies. Third.- Regulatory bases This call will be governed by the regulatory bases contained in the Order of June 26, 2025, of the Ministry of Business, Employment and Social Economy, which establishes the regulatory bases for subsidies to consumer and user organizations in the Region of Murcia for the promotion of consumer defense policies, published in BORM No. 149 of July 1, 2025. Fourth.- Credit budget The available credit and the budget application to attend to these actions is found in Budget Item: 20.03.00.443A.482.50, Project No. 48127, "TO CONSUMER ASSOCIATIONS. PROMOTION OF CONSUMER POLICIES", for the amount of EIGHTY THOUSAND EUROS, (€80,000.00). Fifth.- Projects, eligible expenses and amount of the subsidy 1. The actions subject to subsidy will be those established in article 9 of the Base Order of June 26, 2025, and will fall within one of the following programs: a) Programs to promote consumer and user associations. b) Programs aimed at information, defense and protection of the rights and legitimate interests of consumers. Sixth.- Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications, along with the rest of the required documentation, will be fifteen business days, starting from the day following the date of publication of the extract of this Order in the Official Gazette of the Region of Murcia. Seventh.- Complementary documentation to the application 1.- The duly completed application will be accompanied by the following documentation: a) Certification of agreement from the competent body of the organization approving the subsidy application. b) Budget of income and expenses of the association for the current year. c) Report of activities carried out during the year prior to the year of the request, if applicable, signed by the competent body of the Organization. d) Program of consumption activities to be carried out during the year for which the subsidy is requested, signed by the competent body of the Organization, specifying those actions of the program for which the subsidy is requested and the economic amount required for its development. The activities for which the subsidy is requested will contain at least the following sections, so as to allow their evaluation for the purposes of their qualification or not as eligible for subsidies: • Explanation of the project. • Objectives that are intended to be achieved. • Description of the target population. • Forecast of the number of recipients and age group included. • Description of the activities that are intended to be carried out, and the ways to carry them out. • Description of the cost of the activities. • Project execution time with the respective schedule. • Human and material resources to be used in the execution of the project. • Project evaluation indicators, results to be achieved and impact on society. e) List of members up to date with payments, accredited by certificate issued by the Secretary of the organization with the approval of the President. f) Certificate from the competent body accrediting the number of consumer service offices, their addresses and names of those responsible. g) Bank account number of the Organization of which it is the owner, with the corresponding IBAN Code, expressed in a document issued by the financial institution into which the aid is to be deposited. 2.- It will not be necessary to present the previous documents when they are already in the possession of the Administration.
