Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries They may be beneficiaries of this aid, for the 2025-2026 school year: In centers: The persons legally responsible for the students in the first cycle of Early Childhood Education from 0 to 3 years old, enrolled in centers, the ultimate recipient of the aid being these students, who will have the cost of schooling financed. In nursery schools: The local Corporations that own the nursery schools for the schooling of students in the first cycle of Early Childhood Education from 0 to 3 years. However, the final recipient of this aid will be the students enrolled in nursery school, who will have the cost of their schooling financed. Second. Purpose To call, for the 2025-2026 school year, financial aid for the schooling of students in the first cycle of Early Childhood Education from 0 to 3 years old, enrolled in authorized private centers for Early Childhood Education in the first cycle, hereinafter centers, and in municipal first cycle nursery schools, hereinafter nursery schools, of the Valencian Community, for the total financing of the cost of schooling, regulated in the Resolution of June 23, 2025 of the Department of Education, Culture, Universities and Employment, which approves the regulatory bases for financial aid for schooling in authorized private Early Childhood Education centers and municipal first cycle nursery schools of the Valencian Community (DOGV no. 10138, of June 26, 2025). Third. Regulatory bases Resolution of June 23, 2025 of the Department of Education, Culture, Universities and Employment, which approves the regulatory bases for financial aid for schooling in authorized private Early Childhood Education centers and municipal first cycle nursery schools of the Valencian Community (DOGV no. 10138, of 06/26/2025). Room. Financing The maximum overall amount that may be allocated for this aid for this call will be 162,981,090.00 euros, distributed in the following annuities: - Fiscal year 2025: the part corresponding to the first four months of the 2025-2026 school year (September to December 2025) for a maximum amount of 65,192,438.45 euros. The payment will be made from the subsidy line S036300000, of chapter IV, program 422A00 “Primary Education”, management center G01090201GE00000, provided for in the Budget Law of the Generalitat for the year 2025. - Year 2026: the part corresponding to the following six months of the 2025-2026 school year (January to June 2026), for a maximum amount of 97,788,651.55 euros charged to the same subsidy line, which will be conditional on the existence of sufficient and adequate credit in the budgets of the Generalitat for the year 2026, in accordance with the provisions of Law 1/2015, of February 6, of the Generalitat, on Public Finance, on the Instrumental Public Sector and on Subsidies. Fifth. Deadline for submitting subsidy applications In centers: The deadline for submitting applications will be 15 calendar days from the day following the publication of this resolution in the Official Gazette of the Generalitat Valenciana. Failure to comply with this deadline will determine exclusion from the call. Exceptionally, these deadlines will not apply in the cases established in base tenth section 4 of the Rules Resolution, provided that it is requested during the school year and up to one month before its end, a certification proving such circumstance is provided and that budgetary availability allows it. In nursery schools: The deadline for submitting applications will be 15 calendar days from the day following the publication of this resolution in the Official Gazette of the Generalitat Valenciana. Failure to comply with the deadline for submitting applications will determine exclusion from the call.
