First. Call. Aid for the contracting of agricultural insurance of the forty-fourth and forty-fifth Combined Agricultural Insurance Plan, contracted between January 1, 2024 and December 31, 2024, both inclusive, charged to the budget credit, is called for the year 2025, in accordance with its regulatory bases: Budget item Name of the Project Annuity 2025 Annuity 2026 1200010000 G/71B/47203/00 01 AGRICULTURAL INSURANCE 3,729,301.88 euros 2,107,155.86 euros Multi-year commitments are acquired in accordance with the provisions of article 40 of the Consolidated Text of the Public Finance Law of Andalusia, approved by Legislative Decree 1/2010, March 2. Second. Beneficiaries. Persons or entities that benefit from these subsidies may be those that meet the requirements and conditions required by Article 3 of the Order of April 13, 2018 and that have not waived it by express declaration in the contracted policy. Third. Object. Approve the call for aid in 2025, for insurance policies contracted between January 1, 2024 and December 31, 2024, within the Combined Agricultural Insurance Plan. Policies contracted in the year 2024 that are eligible through the Order of October 26, 2023, which establishes the regulatory bases for subsidies under a non-competitive competition regime of the Junta de Andalucía for the subscription of agricultural insurance of the Combined Agricultural Insurance Plan, applied through a discount at the time of contracting, will not be eligible for subsidies. Room. Regulatory bases. This call will be governed by the Order of April 13, 2018, which establishes the regulatory bases for non-competitive subsidies from the Junta de Andalucía for the subscription of agricultural insurance under the Combined Agricultural Insurance Plan (BOJA no. 75 of April 19, 2018). Fifth. Amount. 1. The amounts of subsidies for policies contracted during the 2024 financial year will be calculated based on the information provided by the State Agrarian Insurance Entity, O.A. (ENESA) and specified in the ninth resolution of the Call Order. 2. The maximum subsidy limit per policy is that set forth in the eleventh resolution of the Call Order. Sixth. Application submission deadline. Pursuant to article 6.1 of the Order of April 13, 2018, the formalization of the corresponding insurance contract policy by the insured, or the policyholder on their behalf, will be considered an application for the subsidy, as long as it has been carried out within the subscription periods established by the regulations governing the Combined Agricultural Insurance Plan and has been contracted between January 1, 2024 and December 31, 2024.
