Official description of the call

In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index BDNS IDENTIF: First. Beneficiaries. Former students of the San Ildefonso Boarding Residence and former students of the San Ildefonso Public School with participation in the draws held by the State Lottery and Betting Society (hereinafter, SELAE). Second. Object. Encourage, at the end of Primary Education, the continuation of studies at subsequent levels of the educational system. All of this is part of the agreement signed, dated December 23, 2024, between SELAE and the Madrid City Council, valid from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025. Third. Regulatory bases. Ordinance of General Regulatory Bases for the Granting of Subsidies by the Madrid City Council and its Public Bodies approved by Agreement of the Plenary of the City Council of October 30, 2013, published in the Official Gazette of the Community of Madrid number 278, of November 22, 2013. Fourth. Amount. The total amount allocated to this call is 125,000 euros. Scholarships and aid may include the following concepts: -Public fees and/or prices, tuition, fees paid for regulated education and/or contributions that have been paid before the final date for submitting applications. -Help for transportation. -Help for didactic educational material, necessary for the studies carried out. -Help for academic performance. -Complementary help depending on the studies requested. The distribution of amounts will be carried out in accordance with article 7 of the call. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will begin the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Community of Madrid and will end on September 15, 2025. Sixth. Competent bodies. The competent bodies for the investigation and resolution of the procedure regulated in the call will be the General Directorate of Education, Youth and Volunteering and the Delegate of the Government Area of Social Policies, Family and Equality. Seventh. Publication. The granting decree will be published in the National Subsidies Database, in the Official Gazette of the Madrid City Council and in the electronic headquarters of the Madrid City Council https://sede.madrid.es. In addition, it can be consulted on the Madrid City Council website www.madrid.es. Eighth. Other data. The subsidy application may be submitted through the electronic headquarters https://sede.madrid.es or in person, at the registry offices of the Madrid City Council, or through the other forms provided for in article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.
