Extract from the General Secretariat of the Most Excellent Provincial Council of Ciudad Real, dated July 16, 2025, by which the Call for Subsidies to Patronal Brotherhoods for the consolidation of their own real estate assets was approved in the Ordinary session held by the Governing Board of this Provincial Council on July 15, 2025. In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database at the link indicated below. First.- Beneficiaries: Non-profit entities that meet the following requirements will be able to access the subsidies of this call: a) That are legally registered as Brotherhoods or Patronal Brotherhoods in the Ministry of the Presidency or in the Ministry of Justice, in the case of Religious Entities or in the Ministry of the Interior or in the General Registry of Associations of the Community Board of Castilla-La Mancha, in the case of Religious Associations. b) That prove the ownership of the real estate property subject to structural consolidation. c) That they are not subject to any of the prohibitions to be beneficiaries of subsidies, established in article 13 of Law 38/2,003 of November 17, General of Subsidies. d) That its registered office is located in the province of Ciudad Real. e) That they present newly created projects or in the development phase started as of January 1, 2025. f) That they present projects that have not been previously subsidized by the Provincial Council of Ciudad Real. Second.- Object: The object of this call is to highlight the religious and cultural immovable heritage of the Patronal Brotherhoods established in the province of Ciudad Real through the granting of subsidies, on a competitive basis, for the execution of structural consolidation works of their immovable heritage. Third.- Regulatory Bases: The regulatory bases are contained in the General Regulatory Ordinance of the Bases for the Granting of Subsidies of the Provincial Council of Ciudad Real, approved by the Plenary Session of the Provincial Council in a session of February 7, 2025, and published, after its final approval, in the Official Gazette of the Province number 67, of April 7, 2025. Fourth.- Criteria of award: The contents in the call itself. Fifth.- Deadline for submitting applications: A single deadline for submitting applications is established from the day following the date of publication in the Official Gazette of the Province until September 8, 2025. Within the indicated period, and following the telematic procedure, applications may be submitted any day of the week and at any time of the day. Sixth.- Other information: The applications derived from this call, and the rest of the procedures that may apply, must be carried out only electronically.
