BDNS: In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database: http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans Likewise, it is available at the web address: https://serviciossociales.gva.es/va/web/igualdad-diversidad First.- Beneficiary entities. Non-profit entities that meet the requirements indicated in article 2.1 a) of Order 7/2024, of November 13, 2024, of the Vice Presidency and Department of Social Services, Equality and Housing, which approves the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies to non-profit entities and entities that make up the local administration to finance projects to support diversity (DOGV no. 9984, dated 11/15/2024). Projects that have already been fully financed by this or another administration are not eligible. Second.- Object. Financing programs of general interest regarding diversity, through the projects listed in Annex A of the resolution and those others of general interest proposed by entities intended to promote the promotion of citizen integration. Third.- Regulatory Bases. Order 7/2024, of November 13, 2024, of the Vice Presidency and Department of Social Services, Equality and Housing, which approves the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies to non-profit entities and entities that make up the local administration to finance projects to support diversity (DOGV no. 9984, of 11/15/2024). Fourth.- Budget allocation. The estimated maximum amount to be financed is the following: Line name: Program to promote citizen integration. Purpose: Provide support for programs and actions aimed at achieving migratory social inclusion in all areas, and especially in those that are considered priorities in the Valencian Migration Strategy 2021-2026. Subsidy line: S0217 Amount: €350,000.00 Fifth.- Submission period. The deadline for submitting applications will be 20 days, counting from the day following the publication of the extracts of the resolution in the DOGV. Sixth.- Form of presentation. Exclusively electronically: https://www.gva.es/va/inicio/procedimientos?id_proc=105813, attaching the documents indicated in the call. Seventh.- Assessment criteria. They are established in article 5.a) of Order 7/2024, of November 13, of the Vice Presidency and Department of Social Services, Equality and Housing, which approves the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies to non-profit entities and entities that make up the local administration to finance projects to support diversity (DOGV no. 9984, of 11/15/2024). Eighth.- Justification. Through the presentation of economic documentation justifying the amount granted and a technical report of the subsidized project.
