Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database: (http://www.pap.hacienda.gob.es/bdnstrans) and on the institutional website of the Community of Madrid: (https://www.comunidad.madrid/). First Beneficiaries Sports associations and entities that are registered in the Registry of Sports Entities of the Community of Madrid may be beneficiaries, for carrying out recruitment, registration, dissemination, management and support activities for carrying out digital training courses for their members aged 14 or over, whether these are athletes, coaches, directors and competition referees. Beneficiaries are required to carry out recruitment, registration, dissemination, management and support activities to obtain registrations. For the purposes of this order, sports associations and entities will be understood as those contemplated in article 25 of Law 15/1994, of December 28, on Sports of the Community of Madrid. Applicants may make subsequent applications once the resolution of their first application has been published in the OFFICIAL BULLETIN OF THE COMMUNITY OF MADRID. New applications will not be admitted until the publication in the OFFICIAL BULLETIN OF THE COMMUNITY OF MADRID of the respective resolution corresponding to the previous application. Second Object Regulate the granting, through the non-competitive competition procedure, of aid to associations and sports entities of the Community of Madrid to encourage the digital training of citizens within the framework of the Digital Training Plan for Citizens of the Community of Madrid 2022-2025. Third Regulatory bases Order 200/2025, of the Department of Digitalization, which establishes the regulatory bases and approves the call for subsidies to associations and sports entities of the Community of Madrid for the digital training of citizens within the framework of the Digital Training Plan for citizens of the Community of Madrid 2022-2025 and Component 19 Investment 1 "National Digital Skills Plan (Digital Skills)", charged to the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan of the Government of Spain - financed by the European Union - NextGenerationEU, for the year 2025. Fourth Amount The budget assigned to this call amounts to 1,986,853.60 euros, charged to subconcept 48001 "To sports and youth institutions" of Program 928M "Digital Strategy" of the General Budgets of the Community of Madrid. Whenever budget availability allows, the amounts of this call may be increased. When the circumstances provided for in article 58.2.a) 4 of the Regulations of the General Subsidies Law occur, an additional amount may be applied to the granting of subsidies, without the need for a new call, in accordance with article 62.3 of Royal Decree-Law 36/2020, of December 30. The individualized amount of the subsidy will be obtained by multiplying the number of students of each training activity actually carried out by an amount of 50.00 euros. The number of students included in the application to be submitted will be 50, in accordance with article 7 of the regulatory bases. Fifth Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications will begin on the day following the publication of the extract of this Order in the OFFICIAL BULLETIN OF THE COMMUNITY OF MADRID, remaining open continuously, until the available credit is exhausted, or if this does not occur, until December 31, 2025.
