Official description of the call
BDNS (identif.): In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database https://www.infosubvenciones.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/convocatoria/xxxxxxxx First. Beneficiaries The companies and entities indicated in article 60 of Royal Decree 905/2022, of October 25, that have their tax domicile in the Valencian Community, may apply for aid. Second. Purpose Aid to the wine sector of the Valencian Community for promotion in third country markets, within the territorial scope of the Valencian Community. The scope, types of actions and duration of the programs, types of beneficiaries, products and eligible countries, as well as the admissibility criteria of the programs, characteristics of the actions and auxiliary programs, will be those established in articles 55 to 65 of Royal Decree 905/2022, of October 25. Third. Regulatory bases Royal Decree 905/2022, of October 25 (BOE 257 of 10.26.2022) Fourth. Amount The aid regulated in this call will be 100% financed by the EAGF, in accordance with the provisions of Royal Decree 905/2022, of October 25, for aid to the wine sector of the Valencian Community for promotion and communication in third country markets included in the Wine Sector Intervention. The final maximum overall amount of the call will be approved and published once the distribution of funds carried out at the corresponding Sectoral Conference on Agriculture and Rural Development is known. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications will begin the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Generalitat Valenciana and will end on September 13, 2025.
