Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index): First. Beneficiaries. Natural or legal persons, who are owners, usufructuaries, tenants or who hold any other title of enjoyment over any of the homes in the buildings included in Annex I and who carry out the acoustic insulation improvement action that is the subject of the subsidy. Second. Purpose. Regulate the procedure for the granting of subsidies intended to finance works to improve acoustic insulation of the openings in the exterior façades in homes located in the Medieval Town and in the Central Ring of Vitoria-Gasteiz, specifically, in those residential buildings that are included in Annex I of the Call in which the value of the noise index for the night period (Ln) exceeds the Acoustic Quality Objectives by more than 10 dB(A) on the façade exposed. Third. Bases. Approved by Agreement of the Local Government Board of the Vitoria-Gasteiz City Council dated July 4, 2025; will be published in BOTHA. Room. Amount. The endowment of this call is 50,000 euros. Fifth. Application submission deadline. It begins the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the BOTHA and ends on December 1, 2025.
