Official description of the call

In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database. First. Object and purpose 1. These bases will govern the procedure for managing and granting subsidies to finance up to the maximum percentage provided therein, the actions of modernization, conservation, equipment and adaptation of museum infrastructures and recognized permanent museographic collections and actions of conservation and restoration of inventoried movable property with relevant heritage value of the Valencian Community. 2. The specific objectives to which the eligible actions and projects must be adapted will be delimited by their call in the modalities of: Modality A: Actions that contribute to guaranteeing the modernization, conservation, equipment and adaptation of the facilities to improve the exhibition conditions, accessibility, inclusivity, security, storage of the movable heritage preserved in the museums and museum collections included in the Valencian Museum System. Modality B: Conservation and restoration actions of the funds of museums and museographic collections included in the Valencian Museum System and other movable property with relevant heritage value. 3. These bases will regulate future calls that must be included in the corresponding strategic subsidy plan, within the scope of the Department responsible for cultural heritage. The previous modalities will be developed in their corresponding call. Second. Beneficiary entities. The following may obtain the status of beneficiary person or entity of these subsidies: a) The owners of museums and permanent museographic collections, recognized in accordance with the provisions of Law 4/1998, of June 11, of the Generalitat Valenciana, of the Valencian Cultural Heritage and in the Order of February 6, 1991, of the Department of Culture, Education and Science, on the recognition of museums and permanent museographic collections of the Community. Valencian. b) Local entities, ecclesiastical institutions, foundations and non-profit associations, as well as natural and legal persons who own movable property registered in the General Inventory of Valencian Cultural Heritage. Third. Regulatory bases Resolution of July 23, 2025, of the Department of Education, Culture, Universities and Employment, published on July 25 (DOGV 10159). Room. Amount The amount planned for the provision of this aid will be 1,004,714.23 euros, which will be paid from the budget application G01090502.454A00.7, line S0302 <>, included in the annexes of transfers and subsidies of Law 6/2025, of May 30, on the Budgets of the Generalitat for the year 2025. Fifth. Application, deadlines and processing 1. The deadline for submitting applications will be ten days from the day following the publication of the resolution of the call in the Official Gazette of the Generalitat Valenciana. 2. Only one application will be accepted for those who own the museum, permanent museum collection or movable property. In the event that the same applicant submits several applications for the same modality, only the last one submitted on time will be considered valid. 3. Applications must be signed by those who hold legal representation in each case, in accordance with the applicable regulations. Applicant legal entities will submit the application exclusively by accessing the online services section of the Generalitat's electronic headquarters, accessible through the following address: https://sede.gva.es/es/inicio/procedimientos?id_proc=1576.
