Official description of the call
First. Beneficiary Entities: a) Non-profit legal entities, public or private, Spanish, legally constituted, which by reason of their purposes, object or scope of activity can carry out actions in the field of international cooperation for development that support the granting of the subsidy. b) Groups without legal personality composed of legally constituted Spanish public or private legal entities that comply with the obligations. c) Bodies of the General Administration of the State. d) Entities that make up the state institutional public sector and are contemplated in article 84.1 of Law 40/2015, of October 1, on the Legal Regime of the Public Sector, which include non-transferred public Universities. f) Bodies of the administrations of the autonomous communities. g) Entities that make up the regional public sector, including the transferred public universities. h) Bodies of the administrations of the local and provincial Corporations established by Law 7/1985, of April 2, Regulating the Bases of the Local Regime. In addition to those included in the LBRL, companies, autonomous organizations, associations, consortia, foundations and public business entities linked to the local public sector will be included. Second. Purpose: The purpose of this call is to finance actions in the field of international cooperation for development in the field of “Memory, peacebuilding and conflict resolution” within the framework of Law 1/23 of Law 1/2023, of February 20, on Cooperation for Sustainable Development and Global Solidarity and the principles and objectives of the 2030 Agenda and under the type of international cooperation actions or projects contemplated in article 5.1 c) of Order AUC/286/2022 of April 6. The proposals must promote platforms for collaboration and exchange of good institutional and citizen practices; propose innovative proposals regarding peacebuilding; propose concrete actions with an intergenerational and intersectional perspective, with the aim of promoting the social appropriation of memory practices by connecting past, present and future; promote mapping of the situation and conditions of memory (laws, sites, organizations, leaders), restorative justice and conflict resolution with the aim of creating a collaborative space for dialogue and promoting bilateral, collective, national and regional actions; train and educate in memory, peacebuilding and conflict resolution; generate capacities that can be used by the different actors involved in social dialogue processes for peaceful coexistence; design a set of measures to support processes for conflict resolution: support the generation of spaces for dialogue and the construction of capacities; support the implementation of agreed measures in a process. More specifically, the call will finance projects that are framed in the following lines of action: a) Processes of recovery, reparation and recognition of Memory b) Contributions to coexistence and construction of peace c) Conflict resolution and restorative justice d) Education, awareness and training/training The geographical scope of the project will have a regional scope in Latin America and the Caribbean, seeking the creation of spaces for regional dialogue, which will allow for improvements in public policies regarding Memory, construction of peace and conflict resolution. Third. Regulatory Bases: The regulatory standard for the bases for granting these subsidies is Royal Decree 188/2025, of March 11 and, in everything that does not oppose the provisions of the aforementioned Royal Decree, Order AUC/286/2022, of April 6, which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of public subsidies in the field of international cooperation for development, will apply to the call. Amount: The subsidies granted in accordance with this resolution will be financed from the budget application budget 12.03.143A. 486.05 of the General State Budgets for the year 2023, extended for the year 2025, whose maximum estimated amount amounts to 1,500,000 euros.
