Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries: Non-profit entities of any legal nature that carry out activities of information, assessment, guidance, prevention, care and inclusion and integration in the field of social services and policies for older people in the municipality of Llodio, whatever its legal nature. Non-profit entities of any legal nature that carry out activities that include actions such as information, prevention, care and insertion and channel association or volunteer actions in the field of youth, whatever their legal nature, may be eligible for aid from lot 3 "subsidies to non-profit associations that operate in the municipality of Llodio in the field of youth". Non-profit associations of any legal nature that carry out leisure activities and educational free time, information, prevention, care and insertion in the field of compulsory or post-compulsory formal education, whatever their legal nature, may be eligible for aid from lot 4 "subsidies to non-profit associations that operate in the municipality of Llodio in the field of education". Associations of mothers and fathers that carry out activities in the different school centers of Llodio, regardless of their legal nature, will be eligible for aid from lot 5 “subsidies to associations of mothers and fathers for activities carried out in Llodio”. Those persons or entities in which any of the circumstances contemplated as a reason for exclusion in the Municipal Ordinance regulating Subsidies or in Law 38/2003 of November 17, General Subsidy Law, may not obtain the status of beneficiary. In any case, non-profit entities must meet the following requirements: Have their registered office in the Basque Country and carry out their activity totally or partially in the municipality of Llodio. Be legally constituted and registered in the registry of associations and entities of the Basque Government. Be registered in the municipal registry of Llodio Associations. Submit your programs and budgets to the control of public powers. Guarantee the existence of internal democracy both in the composition and in the functioning of its governing bodies. Develop the activity and/or project entirely in Llodio and/or that among the recipients of the project there are at least 80 percent of people from Llodio. Those organizations, entities or associations whose corporate purpose, included in their statutes, is not related to the object of the subsidy, may not apply. Accredit a track record in matters of equality between women and men; or that among its statutory purposes, social purpose or founding objective includes the promotion of equality; or that the people who will carry out the subsidized project or activity have specific training in matters of equality between women and men, as established by Legislative Decree 1/2023, of March 16, which approves the consolidated text of the Law for the Equality of Women and Men and Lives Free of Sexist Violence against Women. This accreditation must be justified before the resolution of the subsidy, within the period determined by the assessment commission and, in any case, after the Llodio City Council has provided the specific training on equality between women and men corresponding to 2024. Second. Purpose The purpose of this call is the granting on a competitive basis of financial aid granted by the Llodio City Council through the Social Cohesion Area, to non-profit entities and associations, promoting the local associative fabric, survival and work in the social and educational field as fundamental elements to guarantee the development of each project. For all these reasons, the activities and/or interventions must be aimed at information, prevention, care and social inclusion and integration, in the field of social services and promotion of social inclusion.
