Extract from the Agreement of September 8, 2025 of the Plenary Session of the Iruña de Oca City Council by which a public call for subsidies is made aimed at promoting the implementation of small businesses in the field of retail trade, tourism, hospitality, services and industry located in the municipality of Iruña de Oca. In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index): First. Beneficiaries: 1.- Requirements. Natural or legal persons who establish and develop an economic or business activity in the municipality of Iruña de Oca will be able to access this type of aid as long as they carry out the activity that bases its granting, in accordance with the Ordinance and this call, and that they meet the following general requirements: ➢ Be up to date in compliance with their obligations with the State Tax Administration Agency, the Foral Treasury and the General Treasury of Social Security. ➢ Be up to date in the fulfillment of your obligations with the Iruña de Oca City Council. ➢ Arrange or, failing that, have requested the initiation of the procedure to obtain the corresponding municipal licenses and/or have submitted the corresponding prior communication. ➢ Not be subject to any of the disqualification circumstances referred to in article 13 of Law 38/2003, General Subsidies. ➢ Start of business activity and the corresponding opening of a work center or the opening of the first work center in the municipality of Iruña de Oca within the eligible period. For this purpose, the date of registration of the activity or establishment in the IAE will be taken into account. This concept includes business transfers and company successions; but not changes in name or legal form, transfers of headquarters, changes or expansions of activity or the opening of new lines of business within the same company. ➢ Individual entrepreneurs have not been registered to carry out the same activity in the last 3 years prior to the registration date for which the subsidy is requested. In the case of a company, regardless of the legal form chosen, its members may not have been registered to carry out the same activity in the 3 years prior to registration. In any case, individual entrepreneur or not, they will be exempt from the obligation to register with Social Security if they were previously registered with said regime due to the development of another activity that requires them to do so. ➢ Be registered in the municipality of Iruña de Oca for a minimum of 2 years for individual entrepreneurs. In the event that the company is made up of several partners, at least one of them must be registered in Iruña de Oca and have also been there for two years to be eligible for the maximum of the planned subsidy. 2.- Exclusions. The following may not be beneficiaries: ➢ Companies that do not have premises directly affected by the activity in the municipality of Iruña de Oca. The premises directly affected by the activity are understood to be those in which the beneficiary carries out his or her main activity. ➢ Companies whose center of activity or work is located in the habitual residence of the owner of the activity or one of the partners, in the case of commercial companies. ➢ Associations, foundations or any other non-profit organization or entity, of article 2 of Law 49/2002. ➢ Companies partially or fully owned by the Public Administrations or their autonomous bodies. Second. Purpose: This call aims to establish the criteria and regulate the procedure for the granting of non-refundable financial aid aimed at promoting the implementation of small businesses in the field of retail trade, tourism, hospitality, services and industry located in the municipality of Iruña de Oca.
