Official description of the call

First. Beneficiaries: Communities of Owners of Picanya and single-family homes, whose elevators have been left without service as a result of DANA. Second. Object. Urgent aid to Communities of Owners of Picanya and single-family homes, affected by DANA, who need to recover the operation of the elevators to facilitate personal autonomy. This aid will be incompatible for communities of owners and single-family homes that have opted for other aid established by the M.I. Picanya City Council for the same purpose Third. Regulatory bases. General Subsidy Ordinance (can be consulted on the city council's electronic headquarters) and that provided for in the call itself. Room. Amount. The maximum eligible amount will be 20% of the invoice paid if it is already in operation, or of the budget if it is not yet repaired, with a maximum of 5,000 euros per elevator. The maximum amount to be distributed among all requests will be €65,273.99. Fifth. Application submission deadline. Applications will be addressed to the Picanya City Council, using a form enabled for this purpose, within the period between the day following the publication of these regulatory bases in the Official Gazette of the Province of Valencia, and until October 31, 2025 (inclusive). Sixth. Other data. Documentation to submit with the application: • National identity document of the applicant. This person must be the legal representative of the Community. • Accreditation of the representation held, by means of a photocopy of the document where the representation is granted. • CIF of the Community of Owners. • Granting of the construction license or presentation of a responsible declaration of work before the Picanya City Council. • Third party maintenance file indicating the account number where the deposit can be made, in accordance with the standardized model provided by the City Council. • Repair estimate or invoice paid by the Community of Owners for the start-up of said elevator. • Agreement of the Community of Owners where the granting of aid is requested. • Responsible declaration regarding the value of the damages and understanding that such damages exceed the maximum amount of the aid requested, as well as those that have been requested from other Administrations and are pending resolution and from any other source of financing/compensation, public or private.
