Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries SMEs and micro-SMEs, which carry out their activity in any of the following types of companies: Individual, Community of goods, Social economy companies (Cooperatives, labor companies), Commercial companies, Non-profit entities and insertion companies, which formalize employment contracts specified in section seven, with people who meet the requirements of section five of this call. Second. Purpose The purpose of this call is to establish the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies in direct concession, as well as the procedure to be followed for the application, granting, justification and payment thereof, for the implementation of a program aimed at promoting the hiring and retention of young people trained in Ciudad Real through a subsidy to companies that incorporate into their workforce people who have recently graduated from the University of Castilla La Mancha (UCLM) or from Vocational Training centers. Third. Regulatory bases The Regulatory Text of the General Bases for the granting of subsidies by the Ciudad Real City Council and its autonomous bodies, has been published separately in BOP no. 18-2-25), and the Call for Subsidies must be published through the National Subsidies Database. Room. Amount The amount of the subsidies collected in these bases will be: 1.- The aid for the creation of each job and its maintenance for 12 months (subsidized period) will be: Indefinite Contracts Part-time (75%) Indefinite Contracts full-time €4,500 6,000 2.- The limits established for the granting of these aid are as follows: 1. The aid is limited to a maximum of one contract per company. 2nd. No more than one subsidy will be awarded for the hiring of the same person, even if the request is made by different companies. Fifth. Formalization of applications and deadline The applications, which will be accompanied by the required documentation and information, will be submitted only electronically, through the electronic headquarters of the Ciudad Real City Council, according to the model attached to these Rules (Annex I), and must complete all the fields included in the application, and it is mandatory to include an email address that facilitates communication with the IMPEFE. The application submission period will be open from the day following the date of publication of these Rules in the BOP, until 11:59 p.m. on November 30, 2025.
