Calls for subsidies for activities from student family associations, their federations and confederations

Official description of the call

In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database: http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index. First. Object and scope of application 1. The object of this resolution is to call, on a competitive basis, subsidies intended for the financing of operating expenses and the promotion of participation, association, training and inclusion activities carried out by: a) The student associations of public and private non-university educational centers, based in the Valencian Community. b) The federations of student associations of public and private non-university educational centers, based in the Valencian Community. 2. Activities carried out from July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025 are included, provided that they are included in the project submitted to apply for the subsidy and have not served to justify other subsidies received. Second. Amount and financing 1. The maximum global amount allocated to the subsidies referred to in the first resolution of this call is 40,000.00 euros. The aforementioned amount will be financed from subprogram 421E00, chapter IV, subsidy line S0301, provided for in Law 6/2025, of May 30, on Budgets of the Generalitat for the year 2025. 2. In response to their respective areas of representation and territorial action, a distribution is made between associations and federations of student associations, in order to ensure the necessary provisions for the correct functioning and their activity. This motivates the distribution of the maximum global amount to be: a) To student associations: 5 grants of 1,200.00 euros, with a total amount of 6,000.00 euros. b) To the federations of student associations: a total amount of 34,000.00 euros. 3. The implementation and subsequent development of this call may not have any impact on the allocation of each and every one of the expenditure chapters of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Universities and Employment, apart from the allocation assigned in the current budget, and in any case it must be met with the personal and material means of this Ministry. Third. - Applicants 1. Student associations of public and private non-university educational centers, and their federations, that meet the following requirements may apply for the subsidies called for in this resolution: a) Have established their headquarters and scope of activity in the Valencian Community. b) Be registered, prior to the publication in the DOGV of the call to apply for aid, in the Census of Student Associations, or in the Census of Federations and Confederations of Student Associations in accordance with the Order of August 2, 1988, of the Department of Culture, Education and Science, by which the provisions of article 10 of the Decree are developed. 127/1986, of October 20. 2. It will not be necessary for student associations to be part of a federation to access the subsidy. 3. The federations of student associations, in addition to the requirements of section 1, in accordance with the provisions of operative paragraph thirty point 1 of the resolution of regulatory bases, must have established a territorial scope of provincial or higher level, and be composed by agreement of three or more legally constituted legal entities, in accordance with Organic Law 1/2002, of March 22, regulating the right of association. 4. Applicant entities will have to comply with the requirements of article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies (hereinafter, LGS). Room. Formalization of the application 1. The presentation of the applications and the attached documentation specified in the following section will be carried out electronically on the website of the Department of Education, Culture, Universities and Employment: http://www.ceice.gva.es/es/web/madres-padres-alumnos/subvenciones.
