Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries The beneficiaries of these scholarships, with respect to the 2023/2024 academic year, may be the persons enrolled in the universities referred to in the first resolution and who have obtained a tuition scholarship from the call approved by Resolution of March 15, 2023, of the Secretary of State for Education, by which general scholarships are called for the academic year 2023-2024, for students taking post-compulsory studies (BOE No. 65, of 03/17/2023), and with respect to the 2024/2025 academic year, the people enrolled in the universities referred to in the previous article and have obtained a tuition scholarship from the call approved by Resolution of March 13, 2024 of the Secretary of State for Education, which calls for general scholarships for the academic year 2024-2025, for students pursuing post-compulsory studies (BOE No. 66, of 03/15/2024). Second. Purpose To call for the 2023-2024 and 2024-2025 academic years the scholarships for compensation to the beneficiaries of the universities that make up the Valencian University System or centers attached to them, in the part not financed from the General Budgets of the State, of the amount of the tuition component of the student beneficiaries of the scholarships of the general system of scholarships and study aid granted by the Ministry of Education, Training Professional in the 2023-2024 and 2024-2025 academic years. Third. Regulatory bases By Order 20/2016, of June 10, of the Department of Education, Research, Culture and Sports, the regulatory bases were approved for the processing of scholarships for which the public universities of the Valencian Community are compensated for the part not financed from the General State Budget of the tuition scholarships of the general system of scholarships and study aid, granted by the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sport (DOGV no. 7805, dated 06/14/2016). Room. Amount The maximum global amount of subsidies to be granted in the year 2025 is €3,000,000 (three million euros), charged to subsidy line S0225 “Scholarships and aid for students of university education and higher studies in artistic education”, of budget subprogram 422E00 “University and Higher Studies”, budget application G01090301.422E00.4, from the budgets of the Generalitat for 2025. Fifth. Deadline for submission of applications Valencian universities must submit applications via electronic registration to the General Directorate of Universities within 10 business days from the day following the publication of the call.
