Official description of the call
MADRID ECONOMIC REGIME District of Chamberí Extract from the Decree of October 3, 2025, of the President Councilor of the District of Chamberí, which approves the call for the ´AUTUMN IN CHAMBERÍ´ PHOTOGRAPHY CONTEST OF THE DISTRICT OF CHAMBERÍ 2025. In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index). Participants. All people of Spanish nationality and foreigners residing in Spain of any age may participate. Both the participation requirements and those related to the regulation of the monetary prize are predicated exclusively on people who can prove that they are 18 years old on the end date of the period established for the presentation of applications. People interested in participating, under 18 years of age, may do so in a separate modality, from which the three best photographs will be chosen, giving them a diploma of recognition. Object. The objective of the contest is to promote and encourage artistic and cultural creation through the practice of artistic disciplines such as photography, highlighting the most emblematic places in the Chamberí district. The theme of the photographs will be around “Autumn in Chamberí”, reflecting its streets, squares, fountains, parks, monuments, etc.…in this season. The characteristics of the photographs and the assessment criteria will be the same as those of works by adults, included in base 6. Regulatory bases. Regulatory bases of the call approved by decree of the President Councilor of the Chamberí District of October 3, 2025, published on the electronic headquarters http://www.madrid.es and in the “Official Gazette of the Madrid City Council”. Amount. The amount of the prizes in this competition amounts to 2,000 euros attributable to budget application 001/207/334.01/482.03 “Cultural activities/prizes”. Three monetary prizes are established for the first three finishers: -First place finisher: a prize of 1,000 euros. -Second classified: a prize of 700 euros. -Third place: a prize of 300 euros. In relation to people under 18 years of age, who will participate in a separate modality, the three best photographs will be chosen, and they will be given a diploma of recognition. Place, conditions and deadlines for submitting applications. Duly completed applications for participation, according to the model that will be obtained through the electronic headquarters (https://sede.madrid.es) will be addressed to the Department of Culture and Sports of the District of Chamberí and will be presented, together with the rest of the required documentation, in the Registry of the Madrid City Council during the period of ten business days following the publication of the extract of this call in the Official Gazette of the Community of Madrid, by one of the following means: a) Electronically, by accessing the Electronic Headquarters of the City Council (https://sede.madrid.es). In that case you must use one of the electronic identification systems accepted by Madrid City Council. Two independent files must be provided, one with the participant's data and the other with the photograph. b) In person, at the registry offices of the Madrid City Council, or through the other methods provided for in article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. Two independent documents must be provided, one of them with the participant's information and the other as an attachment with the photograph. Likewise, the application will include a responsible declaration through which the author ensures, where applicable, that the work presented is original and unpublished and that it has not been presented, published or awarded in another contest or contest before sending the work to this call. If you do not make this declaration, you will not be admitted to the competition. On the other hand, a section will also be included through which the interested party expresses, where appropriate, his or her agreement to the publication of his or her identity in order to the eventual exhibition or publication of the works.
