BASES OF THE CALL FOR THE GRANTING OF FINANCIAL AID IN HOUSING, TO PROVIDE RESIDENTIAL SOLUTIONS TO PEOPLE IN A SITUATION OF SPECIAL VULNERABILITY. CALL 2025. Background By Resolution of March 13, 2025, of the First Vice Presidency and Department of Social Services, Equality and Housing, the regulatory bases for the granting of aid to facilitate residential solutions to people in situations of special vulnerability are approved through local entities, corresponding to the State Plan for access to housing 2022-2025, and the 2025 call, which have The objective is to establish an aid regime for local entities of the Valencian Community in order to facilitate an immediate residential solution to victims of gender violence, victims of human trafficking for sexual exploitation, victims of sexual violence, people subject to eviction from their habitual residence, homeless people and other especially vulnerable people in whom the conditions established in these bases are met. The general municipal ordinance and regulatory bases for subsidies of the City Council of l'Eliana (BOP no. 29 of 09/02/2024) have a supplementary nature according to its article 2.3 of the regulatory bases approved by the Generalitat Valenciana for these aids by Resolution of March 13, 2025, of the First Vice Presidency and Department of Social Services, Equality and Housing. These regulatory bases establish that the body that grants the aid is the City Council, and it is necessary to establish in advance the granting procedure, the payment terms and methods, as well as the deadline and form of justification, which is why the following bases for the municipal call are established. Article 1. Purpose 1. The purpose of this call is to establish the procedure for granting aid to facilitate a residential solution to people who are victims of gender violence, victims of trafficking for sexual exploitation, victims of sexual violence, people subject to eviction from their habitual residence, homeless people, asylum seekers, refugees, stateless people, those under the temporary protection regime, or other subsidiary protection statutes, and other people who are especially vulnerable due to meeting the conditions established in this call, it being necessary to establish the assessment criteria by the municipal social services of especially vulnerable people Article 2. Budgetary credit The budgetary credit for this call is 29,497.50 euros, RC 23614. Article 3.
