Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries. — They may be beneficiaries of the “Mallen Talent” Scholarship 1. University Degree Category: All those University degree students who study at any Spanish public university or centers attached to public universities enrolled in at least 75% of the credits of each year of an academic year according to the study plans of their degrees. Students must be registered in the Mallén municipal registry for at least one year from the date of the application. • Two university scholarships of 300 euros each will be awarded, differentiating between two branches: 1. Arts, Humanities, Social and Legal Sciences. 2. Engineering, Architecture, Health Sciences and Sciences. 2. Higher degree training cycle category: All those students registered in the municipal register of Mallen with at least one year of seniority at the date of the application, enrolled in a public institute or charter schools, in the last year of a higher degree during the academic year. 3. Baccalaureate Category: All those students registered in the municipal registry of Mallen one year prior to the date of the application, enrolled in a public institute or charter schools, enrolled in the last year of the academic year. 4. Medium level training cycle category: All those students registered in the municipal register of Mallen with at least one year of seniority at the date of the application, enrolled in a public institute or charter schools, in the last year of an intermediate degree during the academic year. 5. ESO Category: All those students enrolled in the last year in a public institute or charter schools. Scholarships will not be granted for postgraduate studies or studies at private universities. Those people who are in debt to the City Council cannot be beneficiaries. Second. Purpose In order to encourage academic quality and recognize the effort and dedication of students in their studies, the Mallén City Council creates the “Mallen Talent” Study Scholarship, which will reward, through a financial contribution, those students who have obtained the best score. The scholarships will be: —University degree category: Two scholarships of 300 euros each. —Higher degree training cycle category: A scholarship of 250 euros. —High School Category: A scholarship of 150 euros. —Medium level training cycle category: A scholarship of 150 euros. —ESO category: A scholarship of 100 euros. With annual amounts intended to cover expenses incurred during the school year. Third. Regulatory bases Specific ordinance regulating the bases for granting scholarships to students, Mallén Talent Scholarships approved by the Plenary Session of the Corporation in an Ordinary Session on March 1, 2024, the text of which was published in BOPZ number 98 dated May 2, 2024, the Scholarships will be announced with charge to the annuity of the 2025 budget of the Mallén City Council. Room. Amount of aid. The budget appropriations to which the subsidy is allocated are the following Financial year Budget application Total 2025 3230.48018 €1,250 The amounts of the aid are those indicated in the subject of this extract Fifth. Application submission deadline. Applications will be formulated in the model that appears as an Annex to the call. They will be addressed to the Mayor-President of the City Council, and will be presented at the City Hall Entry Registry or by any of the means indicated in article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations during the period of thirty business days counting from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Zaragoza, as stated in the article. 6.2 of Royal Decree 130/2019, of March 8, which regulates the National Subsidies Database and the advertising of subsidies and other public aid.
