Rules and call for subsidies intended for the promotion and promotion of school sports in the Carballo City Council during the 2025/2026 academic year

Official description of the call

First.- Purpose The purpose of this call for subsidies is to grant, on a competitive basis, financial aid to ANPAs, sports sections of ANPAs and school sports groups of educational centers supported with public funds to facilitate the practice of sports at school age through the financing of Sports School projects during extracurricular hours in educational centers and aimed at boys and girls studying early childhood and primary education, during the 2025/2026 school year (October from 2025 to May 2026 included). Second.- Beneficiaries. ANPAs, sports sections of ANPAs and school sports groups linked to early childhood and primary education teaching centers supported by public funds, and that comply with the requirements and duties established in these rules, may apply for this call for subsidies. Duties of the applicant entities: Not be for profit. Have the registered office and tax domicile in the Carballo City Council. Be registered in the Municipal Registry of Associations on the date of subsidy application. Develop your activity within the municipal scope. Be linked to early childhood and primary education teaching centers supported by public funds from the municipality or, failing that, with a majority percentage of the center's students registered in the Carballo City Council. In these cases it will be understood that the activity is carried out at the municipal level. Not having to justify any subsidy or financial aid with the City Council. Be registered in the municipal registry of associations. Be up to date with your duties with the public treasury, with the Carballo City Council and with the Social Security Treasury. Not be involved in the causes of incompatibility or inability to be beneficiaries or receive subsidies from the public Administration provided for in art. 13 of the General Subsidy Law 38/2003, of November 17. Third.- Regulatory Bases. The Rules of the call were published in the Official Gazette of the Province of A Coruña no. 195, of Monday, October 13, 2025. Fourth.- Amount. The total amount allocated to the granting of these subsidies is SEVENTEEN THOUSAND EUROS (€17,000.00), an expense attributable to application 3410/48900 “Non-nominative sports promotion subsidies” of the Municipal Budget. Fifth.- Application submission period The submission period will be fifteen (15) business days, beginning the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the province of A Coruña, through the BDNS. Sixth.- Justification deadline The deadline for justifying the subsidies will end on June 30, 2026.
