CALL FOR FINANCIAL AID TO PROVIDE HOUSING SOLUTIONS FOR PEOPLE IN A SITUATION OF SPECIAL VULNERABILITY, CORRESPONDING TO THE STATE PLAN FOR ACCESS TO HOUSING 2022-2025, CALL 2025. In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of the Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans): First.- Requirements of the beneficiaries. The natural persons who, as final beneficiaries of this aid, must meet the following general requirements: a).-Be especially vulnerable as people: - victims of gender violence. - victims of trafficking for the purposes of sexual exploitation, - victims of sexual violence, - evicted from their habitual residence - homeless - Other especially vulnerable people, who hold such consideration according to individual assessment issued by the social services of the local entity of the place of residence of the applicant or beneficiary coexistence unit in which the personal circumstances that recommend the granting of help are cared for and assessed, such as people with mental health problems, functional diversity, young people ex-protected by the Generalitat, elderly people, ex-prisoners, asylum seekers, refugees, stateless people, those under the temporary protection regime or other subsidiary protection statutes, asylum seekers, people who have become vulnerable due to having been reduced, within the two years prior to the application for aid, the net income of the entire cohabitation unit in a substantial way so that it does not exceed 3 times the IPREM and that the effort to pay the rental rent, including the repercussions authorized by applicable legislation exceeds 30 percent of their net income and other similar situations. The cohabitation or family unit of the beneficiary will be understood to be: the unit composed of the person requesting assistance, his or her not legally separated spouse or de facto partner and the children, regardless of their age, who reside in the home, including those linked by a relationship of guardianship, custody or foster care, who reside in the home. b) That the rented home or the property occupied must constitute the habitual residence of the person or cohabitation unit receiving the aid. c) That the tenant, assignee or holder of the right to occupy the home, or any of those who have their habitual and permanent domicile there, is not related in the first or second degree of consanguinity or affinity with the person who has the status of lessor or assignee of the home, except in exceptional situations duly justified by the social services. d) That the tenant, assignee or holder of the right of occupation of the home, or any of those who have their habitual and permanent domicile in the rented, transferred or occupancy home, is not a partner or participant in the natural or legal person who acts as lessor or transferor of the home. victim of gender violence, or eviction from their habitual residence or being considered especially vulnerable and whose occupation is compatible with such situations. Also excluded from the aid regulated in this call are the people or cohabitation units that enjoy, under a rental regime, transfer of use or under any regime of temporary enjoyment admitted by law, a home belonging to the public housing assets of any public administration or managed by the latter. f) That the rental income or transfer price of the home, accommodation or housing solution that is the subject of the lease or transfer contract is equal to or less than €650 per month. This rent or price does not include the amount that could correspond to annexes such as parking spaces, storage rooms or similar.
