Official description of the call
"First.- Beneficiaries: People who are victims of gender violence, victims of trafficking for sexual exploitation, victims of sexual violence, people subject to eviction from their habitual residence, homeless people and other especially vulnerable people, who meet the requirements established in the third Base of the Regulatory Bases, published on the transparency portal of the Bétera City Council https://betera.sedelectronica.es/info.0, may acquire the status of beneficiary. Second.- Object and purpose: The present rules of the call are intended to establish the procedure that will govern the granting of subsidies under a direct concession regime to facilitate a housing solution as established in the First Base of the Regulatory Rules, published on the transparency portal of the Bétera City Council https://betera.sedelectronica.es/info.0 Third.- Concession regime: In a direct concession regime Fourth.- Requirements to request the subsidy and documentation. contribute: Collected in the third Base of the Regulatory Bases, published on the transparency portal of the Bétera City Council https://betera.sedelectronica.es/info.0. Fifth.- Assessment criteria: Those included in the fourth Base of the Regulatory Bases, published on the transparency portal of the Bétera City Council https://betera.sedelectronica.es/info.0. Sixth.- Regulatory bases: Approved by Resolution of the Mayor's Office together with this call and published on the transparency portal of the Bétera City Council https://betera.sedelectronica.es/info.0. Seventh.- Amount: The maximum amount of the budget credit for this call is €25,000. The expenses inherent to this subsidy will be financed from budget application 2025-208-2310-48002. SS.SS: SUBV. HOUSING SOLUTIONS 2025. As indicated in the fourth Base of the Regulatory Bases published on the transparency portal of the Bétera City Council https://betera.sedelectronica.es/info.0, the determination of the amount of each aid will be determined taking into account the personal circumstances of the beneficiary, in accordance with the favorable report that will be issued by the Social Services of the Bétera City Council according to the criteria established in the aforementioned base. Fourth.- Bodies competent for the investigation: Subsidy management area that corresponds to the Social Rights Area. Mayor's Office-Presidency of the Corporation. Eleventh.- Deadline for submission of applications: From the day following the publication of the call in the B.O.P of Valencia until November 30, 2025, subject to budget availability. Twelfth.- Deadline for resolution and means of notification or publication: The resolution deadline will be as established by law. The resolution will be notified to interested parties in the manner provided for in article 40 of the Law. 39/2015 of October 1, Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. Thirteenth.- Appeals: The Resolution by which this subsidy is granted puts an end to the administrative route, and an appeal for reconsideration may be optionally filed, prior to the contentious-administrative case, within a period of one month from the day following the date of its notification, or challenged directly before the Contentious-Administrative Chamber of the Valencian Community within a period of two months, counted from the day following the date of its notification, without prejudice to the use of any other period that it considers appropriate.
