RESOLUTION of the general director of the IVC, calling for subsidies for the holding of festivals, film clubs, competitions, conferences, events and unique projects and aid for the promotion of Valencian audiovisual productions

Object, purpose and scope of application The object of this resolution is to call for the granting of subsidies for the holding of festivals, film clubs, competitions, conferences, events and unique projects and aid for the promotion of Valencian audiovisual productions to compete in the Goya and Oscar awards and aid to the audiovisual associations of the Valencian Community for 2025, as a means of supporting and stimulating audiovisual production within the scope of the Generalitat's powers. Subsidies will be awarded in accordance with the principles of publicity, transparency, objectivity, equality and non-discrimination, and through the competitive competition regime. Second. Persons and entities beneficiaries of the aid To obtain the status of person or entity beneficiary of this aid, the requirements established in the sixth resolution of the basic order must be met. Third. Financing of aid, distribution and amounts. In accordance with Law 6/2025, of June 14, on the budgets of the Generalitat for the financial year 2025 (DOGV 10120, 05/31/2025), the aid called will be allocated to the credit provided for in section G0109, entity 016, subsidy line S0969 “Promotion of audiovisual activities”, for an amount of 759,000 euros. Room. Form and deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications will be 10 business days from the day following the publication of this call in the Official Gazette of the Generalitat Valenciana. Applications, in a standardized model, must be addressed to the IVC, electronically through the electronic headquarters registry accessible from the website https://sede.ivc.gva.es/ Quinto. Deadline and form of justification and payment of the aid All documents that serve to justify the aid must be signed by the beneficiary, or by the legal representative of the beneficiary entity and presented to the IVC until December 22, 2025, electronically through its electronic headquarters. The lack of justification within said period will determine the revocation of the granted subsidy.
