Official description of the call
1.- Beneficiaries: Entities that, having their registered office in Caspe, carry out eligible activities according to these bases from January 1 to December 31, 2024, and who additionally meet the following requirements may be beneficiaries of these subsidies: 1.1. Be registered in the Registry of Sports Entities of Aragon and in the Census of Associations of Caspe with at least 1 year of seniority on the date of publication of the call. 1.2. Practice some sports activity of the officially recognized modalities that are developed by any Aragonese or Spanish sports federation. 1.3. Not be involved in any of the causes contemplated in article 13.2 and 3 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies. 1.4 Be up to date with tax and Social Security obligations and not have outstanding debts with the Caspe City Council 1.5. Maintain the previous requirements, at least, until the date of justification of the expense. Sports clubs or associations that have been beneficiaries of a direct nominative subsidy by signing the corresponding Agreement with the Caspe City Council during the years 2024 and 2025 are excluded from this call. 2.- Object and purpose: The subsidies granted by the Caspe City Council are intended to promote the practice of sports of any discipline in the municipality, financially supporting legal entities that, through private initiative, contribute to its development. 3.- Regulatory bases: The Plenary Session of the Caspe City Council, in an ordinary session held on November 6, 2025, approved the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies in the field of Sports, fiscal year 2024. 4.- Amount: The budgetary credit allocated to this call 20,000 euros, charged to the budget application, “3410.4800090 Subsidies for sports associations”, included in the municipal budget for the year 2024, extended to 2025, with a financial allocation of 20,000 euros. 5.- Deadline for submitting applications: The deadline for submitting applications will be 20 calendar days, counting from the day following the publication of the call in the BOPZ. The full call will be published on the Caspe City Council website (www.caspe.es). The application form, as well as the rest of the standardized forms to be completed by the applicant, will be made available to interested parties on the Caspe City Council website.
