First. Description of the call Resolution of November 18, 2025, of the Governing Board, by which the advance call for subsidies is approved to promote programs and projects against premature school leaving (AEP) in the Girona regions, annual 2026. Second. Beneficiaries City councils, dependent entities and decentralized municipal entities may participate in the advance call for the subsidies covered by these bases. To obtain the status of beneficiaries of the subsidies, applicants must meet the general requirements and conditions established in article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies. Third. Purpose Subsidies to promote programs and projects against premature school leaving (AEP) in the Girona regions, annual 2025. Fourth. Regulatory bases Regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies for the promotion of programs and projects against early school leaving (AEP) in the Girona regions, approved by the Plenary Session of the Provincial Council of Girona on October 21, 2025, initially published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Girona (BOPG) no. 207, of October 30, 2025. Fifth. Amount The estimated amount allocated to the call is €100,000.00. If the additional amount is incorporated after the meeting of the Qualifying Commission, it will be proposed to grant it among the applicants that could not have been attended to due to budgetary constraints and, in any case, following the order and according to the score obtained by the Qualifying Commission. If necessary, in the resolution agreement these allocations may be redistributed based on the requests received, after budget modification, if applicable. Sixth. Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications will begin the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the BOPG and will end on January 30, 2026. It will be necessary to formulate the applications using the standardized model available on the Diputació de Girona website, accompanied by the documentation provided for in article 7 of the regulatory bases. The applications, duly completed and digitally signed by the interested person or by the person legally representing the entity, must be submitted through the Diputació de Girona subsidy platform within the period established in the call. The electronic signature systems accepted by the Diputació de Girona that are specified in the electronic headquarters may be used. If the deadline for submitting applications falls on a Saturday or a holiday, the deadline will end on the next business day. Seventh. Appeal regime Against the call, which puts an end to the administrative procedure, a contentious-administrative appeal can be filed before the Contentious Administrative Court of Girona, within a period of two months from the day following its notification.
