First. Description of the call Resolution of November 18, 2025, of the Governing Board, by which the advance call for subsidies for the promotion of educational programs and projects in the Girona regions is approved, annual 2026. Second. Beneficiaries The following recipients can apply for the grants covered by these rules, depending on the modality to which they apply: Line 1. City councils or dependent entities, decentralized municipal entities and regional councils, educational centers, pedagogical research centers, entities and companies in the Girona regions, which do not request an application in line 4. Line 2. Special education centers in the Girona regions, as well as the town councils that are the capital of the region, in which there is no special education center and that have a special education support unit (USEE). Line 3. City councils or dependent entities, decentralized municipal entities and regional councils, educational centers, pedagogical research centers, entities and companies in the Girona regions. Line 4. City councils or dependent entities, decentralized municipal entities and regional councils of the Girona regions. Line 5. Fifth. Amount The estimated amount allocated to the call is €802,000.00. The granting of subsidies is conditional on the existence of adequate and sufficient credit at the time of the granting resolution. The distribution of these amounts is estimated and may be redistributed between previous budget applications in the same act of granting the subsidies. In order to respond to a greater number of subsidy applications or to grant a greater amount of subsidies, this credit may be expanded with an additional amount of a maximum of 300,000.00 euros, derived from a credit supplement. The effectiveness of the additional amount will be conditional on the corresponding declaration of credit availability, prior to the resolution of the subsidies and the approval of the increase in the call. If the additional amount is incorporated after the meeting of the Qualifying Commission, it will be proposed to grant it among the applicants that could not have been attended to due to budgetary constraints and, in any case, following the order and according to the score obtained by the Qualifying Commission. If necessary, in the resolution agreement these allocations may be redistributed based on the requests received, after budget modification, if applicable. Sixth. Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications will begin the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the BOPG and will end on January 19,
