ANNOUNCEMENT OF CALL, IN EARLY PROCESSING, FOR SUBSIDIES IN THE AREA OF AGRICULTURE, LIVESTOCK, ENVIRONMENT AND CLIMATE CHANGE OF THE PROVINCIAL COUNCIL OF JAÉN INTENDED FOR CITY COUNCIL OF THE PROVINCE OF JAÉN 2026 First. Beneficiaries City councils of the province of Jaén. Second. Purpose To regulate the granting of subsidies under a competitive competition regime, in accordance with art. 22.1 of the L.G.S., for the development of activities, projects and/or programs carried out by the municipalities of the province of Jaén and that have a place in any of the following LINES: 1. AWARENESS, TRAINING AND CITIZEN PARTICIPATION: with the aim of promoting the active participation of Jaén society in general and the productive sectors in particular, in the fight against climate change, through information actions, training and awareness, collected in the PPLCCC in relation to: * Energy Management. * Water Resources. * Sustainable Municipalities and Communities. * Productive Sectors and Circular Economy. * The Natural Environment, Agriculture and Livestock. 2. INVESTMENTS FOR PROJECTS AIMED AT IMPROVING MITIGATION, ENERGY TRANSITION AND ADAPTATION TO CLIMATE CHANGE OF THE MUNICIPALITIES OF THE PROVINCE, COLLECTED IN THE PPLCCC and whose jurisdiction is municipal in relation to: * Energy Management. * Water Resources. * Sustainable Municipalities and Communities. * Productive Sectors and Circular Economy. * The Natural Environment, Agriculture and Livestock. Third. Regulatory bases Bases of the Call for Subsidies of the Area of Agriculture, Livestock, Environment and Climate Change of the Provincial Council of Jaén destined for town councils of the province of Jaén 2026 (Resolution of the Deputy Delegate of the Area of Agriculture, Livestock, Environment and Climate Change no. 516, of 11-26-2025). https://www.dipujaen.es/conoce-diputacion/areas-organismos-empresas/areaD/subvenciones/subvenciones-2026/ Basis of Execution of the Budget of the Provincial Council of Jaén for the year 2025 BEP (BOP. no. 250, of 12-30-2024). Room. Total Amount Line 1: 100,000.00 ¿. Total Line 2: 600,000.00 ¿. The maximum individualized amount of each subsidy will never exceed the total cost of the project to be financed, establishing a maximum percentage of 95% of the budget of the approved action. The maximum amount to be granted per project presented is €5,000.00 for Line 1 and €30,000 for Line 2. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications 20 WORKING DAYS from the day following the publication of this extract in the OFFICIAL BULLETIN of the province of Jaén. Obligation to submit applications through the Jaén Provincial Council Electronic Registry (art. 8 of the Call): https://sede.dipujaen.es/AyudaSubvenciones Sixth. Other data of interest Execution period: The execution of the activities, projects and programs to be subsidized will extend from January 1 to December 31, 2026. Eligible activities: Activities, programs and projects within the scope of the eligible lines. Exclusions: For line 1 of this Call, all actions consisting of the acquisition, construction, equipment, rehabilitation and/or improvement of inventory assets are excluded, understood as design expenses, as well as the creation or development of web pages or similar and the editing of promotional videos. Eligible expenses: Those provided for in art. 18 of the Call. Compatibility: Yes Documentation: That provided for in art. 8 of the Call. Assessment criteria: They are contained in art. 7 of the Call. Payment method: In a single payment, in advance, prior to justification. Form of justification: It will be necessary to present the documentation indicated in art. 20 of the Call. Maximum justification period: Until June 30, 2027.
