Official description of the call
BDNS (identification code): In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (https://www.pap.hacienda.gob.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/convocatorias). First Beneficiaries. The beneficiaries of this aid will be the owners of agricultural holdings whose plots or heads of livestock are located in the territory of the Community of Madrid, who have insured said holdings by subscribing to combined agricultural insurance included in the corresponding Annual Plans approved by the Council of Ministers for each financial year and who, in turn, have been beneficiaries of the subsidy granted by ENESA for the payment of the premium. Second Object. Establish the procedure for granting complementary aid for the contracting of certain agricultural insurance in the Community of Madrid, as well as declare the amount of the budgetary credit available to meet the obligations of the economic content of this aid for policies that are subscribed between January 1, 2026 and December 31, 2026, as well as possible regularizations of current policies carried out within the indicated period. Third. Eligible period. Agricultural insurance policies subscribed within the National Agricultural Insurance Plans from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026 will be eligible for subsidies, as well as possible regularizations carried out in said period with respect to current policies from previous plans. If the extension of the European Commission Decisions of April 9, 2015 and August 28, 2015 [Aid No. SA.42697 (2015/N)] and extended until December 31, 2025 (Aid No. SA 116309 (2024/N)) is not approved by the European Commission, only will subsidize agricultural insurance policies subscribed until December 31, 2025. Fourth legal regime. These aids will be governed by the provisions of: _ Law 87/1978, of December 28, on Combined Agrarian Insurance. _ Royal Decree 2329/1979, of September 14, which approves the Regulation for the application of Law 87/1978, of December 28, on Combined Agricultural Insurance. _ Royal Decree 425/2016, of November 11, which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies from the General State Administration to Agrarian Insurance. _ Combined Agrarian Insurance Plan that is approved each year. _ Agreement signed with ENESA on October 29, 2021 and extended by addendum for a period of four years starting on November 3, 2025. _ (y) Collaboration agreement signed between the Spanish Group of Insurance Entities of Seguros Agrarios Combinados, SA (AGROSEGURO) and the Community of Madrid for the management of this aid on July 2, 2021 and extended by addendum for a period of four years starting on July 3, 2025.
