BDNS (identif.): 875603 and 875596 In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database: https://www.infosubvenciones.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/convocatoria/875603 https://www.infosubvenciones.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/convocatoria/875596 and on the IVACE website: http://www.ivace.es. First. Beneficiary entities Any entity or legal person of a public or private nature, depending on what is established in Annex II of the regulatory bases for each supportable action and as long as they comply with the requirements established therein. Those who are in any of the situations established in base 4 of Annex I of the resolution of regulatory bases may not be beneficiaries. Second. Purpose Aid for sustainable mobility, through actions aimed at meeting international commitments regarding savings, energy diversification and respect for the environment, charged to the 2025 budget. Supportable actions may be the following: - Action T21B: Projects to promote sustainable urban mobility. - T21C Action: Promotion of urban bicycle transport. - Action T27A: Acquisition of zero emission vehicles. - Action T29A: Investments in hydrogen recharging stations. Third. Regulatory bases The regulatory bases of the call are those approved by Resolution of November 7, 2025, published in DOGV number 10242, of November 20, 2025. These bases establish the conditions of the IVACE aid in matters of sustainable mobility, in matters not provided for in the call. Room. Amount. The total amount of the call will be 2,500,000 euros charged to budget line S1003 “Energy savings and efficiency”, chapter VII of the IVACE budget and is financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), through the FEDER 2021-2027 Valencian Community Programme, within political objective 2 “A greener, low-carbon Europe in transition to an economy with zero net carbon emissions and resilient”, and within the framework of specific objective 2.8. “Promotion of sustainable multimodal urban mobility, as part of the transition towards an economy with zero net carbon emissions.” The aid is considered a subsidy, with the maximum amount established for each action in Annex II of the Resolution of November 7, 2025. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications will begin the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Generalitat Valenciana (DOGV) and will end on February 12, 2026, at 11:59:59 p.m., a period after which no more applications will be accepted. Sixth. Other data 1. Applications: electronically according to the standardized model available on the website http://www.ivace.es. 2. Documentation: that provided for in the seventh resolution of the call. 3. The project subject to subsidy must be located within the territory of the Valencian Community. 4. For a project to be approved, it must have a minimum score of 30 points. 5. Form of justification: in the terms provided in the twelfth resolution of the call. 6. Only proof of expenditure and payment dated after the entry registration of the aid application document will be taken into account, to guarantee the incentive effect of the aid granted, except when public or private non-profit entities are beneficiaries and non-economic activities of these that do not represent an economic advantage for a company are supported, in which case they will be valid from January 1, 2025. 7. Maximum execution and justification deadline: February 18 of 2027.
