Beneficiaries Companies, self-employed persons, labor or cooperative societies, communities of property, civil societies and non-profit entities may be beneficiaries that carry out indefinite-term contracts and conversions of indefinite contracts from part-time to full-time, with the conditions established in Decree 37/2024, of July 9. Second. Purpose and eligible actions. The purpose of this resolution is to approve and carry out for the financial year 2026 the call for the direct granting of subsidies aimed at promoting indefinite employment contracts and the conversion of indefinite contracts from part-time to full-time. The eligible actions are established in article 12 of Decree 37/2024, of July 9 and will be those carried out from November 1, 2025 to October 31, 2026, both included. Third. Regulatory bases.
